Work begins with the concepts of economic thought development and those who have contributed greatly to this development. Throughout history, until nowadays, different economic systems of the past period have been realized, and this work is oriented towards these accomplishments in the old age and Croatia. Numerous representatives throughout history have written their own opinions in the book, and have acted in public. The writers of humanism and the Renaissance pay close attention to the organization, creation and functioning of the state. For a humanist man, he is a blacksmith of his own destiny, a subject, because he does not consider him merely a mere passer-by on earth. The Slavonien village, customs, lifestyle, and agrarian production are the major part of Slavonien writers' agronomic-economic works. The agricultural revolution began in England around 1700, which encouraged agricultural and manufacturing development. Adam Smith is the author of several philosophical works on ethics and morals, and his book on economics The Bohemian Peoples is considered the first piece of modern economic theory. The preserved and well-known law of the ancient Mesopotamia, which gives a more accurate insight into the Babylonian economy, is Hamurabi's law. The first known encyclopaediest is Aristotle who has mostly handled economic issues in two of his works: Politics and Ethics. He also deals with the problem of the perfect state. The Paris University has a great significance for the education of Croatian intellectuals between the 13th and 13th centuries. and XV. century. He entered new discoveries by returning to Croatia. All economists, lawyers, and theologians who have worked through history have had the same goal, the motive, to achieve the welfare of the country they lived in.
