Abstract Svrha postojanja i glavni cilj svake organizacije je uspješno poslovanje u određenoj
društvenoj zajednici koja ima svoja očekivanja. Društveno odgovornim poslovanjem u
organizacijama postiže se ravnoteža između postavljenih ciljeva i zakonskih, etičkih i
ekonomskih normi. Briga o zajednici i okolišu prikazuje se kao najvažniji segment u
društveno odgovornom poslovanju. Ovim radom prezentirati će se okviri društveno
odgovornog poslovanja u organizacijama, pojmovi društveno odgovornog poslovanja s
različitih aspekata razvoja i stajališta autora koji su obrađivali teme društveno odgovornog
poslovanja, društvena odgovornost poduzetnika kojima je primarni cilj da u svojim
organizacijama/tvrtkama promiču društveno odgovorno poslovanje za dobrobit zajednice,
okoliša, same organizacije i sl., te osiguraju korist (materijalnu i nematerijalnu) za sve
dionike. Definiranjem politika društvene odgovornosti prikazuju se strategije i područja na
koja društveno odgovorno poduzeće/organizacija može djelovati. Kroz evoluciju društvene
odgovornosti obraditi će se koncepti poslovanja organizacija, opisati će se poslovanje
društveno odgovorne poslovne organizacije u skladu s očekivanjima dionika, čije aktivnosti
utječu na organizacijske odluke. Koncept društveno odgovorno poslovanja u organizacijama u
Hrvatskoj je relativno novi pojam koji je nastao pod utjecajem različitih čimbenika
karakterističnih za tranzicijske zemlje. Današnja poduzeća postaju sve svjesnija senzibilnosti i
današnjeg društva kada je riječ o društvenim ciljevima, pa sve veći broj poduzeća u RH
nastoji implementirati društvenu odgovornost u svoj koncept poslovanja. Glavni činitelji koji
utječu na društveno odgovorno poslovanje, koristi od društveno odgovornog poslovanja i
ključni akteri, navedeni su i opisani prema svojim aktivnostima. Poslovnu etiku i moral neki
smatraju dijelom korporacijske društvene odgovornosti, jer se bavi pitanjima ispravnog i
pogrešnog. U društveno odgovornom poslovanju organizacija, poslovna etika i moral
implementirani su kroz sve dionike, odnosno utjecajne čimbenike organizacije. Zadaće
poslovne etike oblikuju praksu organizacija i rješavanje određenih tipova nastalih situacija u
kojima se poduzeća trebaju ponašati odgovorno.
Abstract (english) The purpose of the existence and the main object for each corporation is to perform successful
business activity in specific social community whit its own expectations, Socially responsible
business acquires a balance between set goals and legal, ethical and economic standards.
Taking care about the society and environment are manifested as the most important part of
socially responsible business. The corporationsꞌ framework for socially responsible business,
different concepts of socially responsible business due to various development aspects as well
as the authorsꞌ opinions, social responsibility of entrepreneurs whose primary goal is to promote
socially responsible business in their corporations and its benefits for society, environment, corporate
etc. as well as to ensure the benefits for all stakeholders will be elaborated in this theses. The strategies
and areas that can be affected by socially responsible corporations are explained in the definitions of
socially responsible policy. The concept of business performance is elaborated / explained through the
evolution of social responsibility, the business performance in socially responsible corporations is
described according the stakeholdersꞌ expectations (but only those stakeholders whose activities are
relevant for decisions). The concept of corporate social responsibility is rather new aspect in Croatia
and its appearance was influenced by different factors specific for countries in transition. Today
corporations are aware that society is sensitive for social objectives and the number of corporations
with corporate social responsibility concept/that implement social responsibility in its business in
Croatia is increased. The main factors with the influence to the social responsible business, the
benefits from socially responsible operations and the main actors are defined and described according
to theirs activities. Sometimes business ethics and morale are considered as a part of the corporate
social responsibility because it deals with the biggest influence. The performance of corporation and
dealing with specific situations that requires responsible acting are tasks of business ethics.
