Abstract
Sustav potpore odlučivanju je računalni sustav koji podupire menadžera prilikom procesa odlučivanja tako što mu pomaže prilikom rješavanja složenih problema donošenja odluka. Glavni ciljevi DSS-a (engl. Decision Support System) su pomoći u rješavanju polustrukturiranih problema i pružanje potpore, a ne zamjena menadžera. DSS se sastoji od: korisničkog sučelja, sustava za upravljanje bazom ili skladištem podataka, sustava za upravljanje bazom modela te sustava za upravljanje dokumentima. Jedan od važnijih DSS-a su ekspertni sustavi. Ekspertni sustavi su programi iz područja umjetne inteligencije koji rješavaju probleme na razini eksperata. Prilikom rješavanja tih problema, koriste se znanjem i zaključivanjem. Ekspertni sustavi imaju mnoge prednosti u odnosu na stručnjake, a neke od njih su: raspoloživost, dostupnost, cijena, pouzdanost, performanse, trajnost i brzina. Ekspertni sustavi se sastoje od: korisničkog sučelja, mehanizma za zaključivanje, baze znanja i baze činjenica. Proces zaključivanja kod ekspertnog sustava se može odvijati u jednom od 2 smjera: od činjenice prema zaključku ili od postavljene hipoteze (cilja) prema činjenicama te tako postoji zaključivanje prema naprijed i zaključivanje prema nazad. U okviru poslovnog sustava, ekspertni sustavi se mogu koristiti u sljedećim područjima: proizvodnji, upravljanju ljudskim resursima, u računovodstvu i reviziji, marketingu i u razvijanju informacijskog sustava. Pri tome rješavaju probleme kontrole, dizajna, predviđanja, nadgledavanja, dijagnoze, interpretacije, planiranja, uputstva, propisa i odabira.
Abstract (english)
The decision support system is a computer system that supports a manager in the process of making decision by assisting him in solving complex decision-making problems. The main goals of the DSS (Decision Support System) are to assist in solving the semi-structured problems and to provide support, but the system is not a substitute for a manager. The parts of DSS are: user interface, database management system or data warehouse, model database management system and document management system. One of the most important DSSs are the expert systems. Expert systems are programs in the field of artificial intelligence that can solve problems at the level of experts. When solving these problems, they use knowledge and inference. Expert systems have many advantages over the experts, some of them are: availability, price, reliability, performance, durability and speed. Aforementioned expert systems consist of: user interface, conceptualization mechanism, knowledge base and factual basis. The process of conclusion in the expert system can take place in one of two directions: from fact to conclusion or hypothesis (goal) according to the facts, therefore there are two types of conclusions: looking forward and looking backward. Furthermore, expert systems in business can be used in the following areas: production, human resource management, accounting and auditing, marketing and information system development. On that way, they solve the problems of control, design, prediction, monitoring, diagnosis, interpretation, planning, instructions, regulations and selections.
