These changes also affect changes within business organizations or business systems. Availability and speed of information makes it easy to access them, but a large amount of information requires changes in the information systems because information need to be organized and forwarded on the right way to ensure that the right information is available to the right person at the right time. The organizational structure places its emphasis on teamwork and work in groups as opposed to the organization's whose work is based on the individual approach to business tasks and challenges. To maintain competitive advantage to stay in business in such an environment, of crucial importance becomes intellectual capital and creativity in organizing business and encouraging the creativity of all employees. The goal of all business systems is to make business organizations in a more flexible way so they are always ready to quickly adapt to the changes that occur very often in their business environments. In accomplishing this goal, innovative and creative ideas are needed to improve day-to-day business and solve problems. Brainstorming as a method of teamwork is an ideal way to collect a large number of creative ideas and solutions, but for the success of this method it is essential to establish a real team that will follow certain rules and guidelines for brainstorming. This paper will describe mentioned changes in the organizational structure, the importance of intellectual capital, teamwork, and the guidelines and rules for quality brainstorming.
