Decision-making is a process that takes a certain time - shorter or longer and it ends by making a decision. We encounter decision-making in everyday life, either in private ori n business life. The decisions we make can be made in different circumstances. Circumstances may be favorable and unfavorable depending on how reliable we can estimate the expected result so we have a decision in terms of security, risk and uncertainty. In order to overcome certain risks and see the optimal solution of the problem, we can use different methods. One of them is the decision tree. The decision tree is a graphic representation of problems and possible alternatives and outcomes for the same. It is constructed from left to right. It's construction moves from a decision point or root of the tree from which it comes to possible alternatives to solving the problem. Alternatives combine a decision point with nodes of circumstances that represent a point where a new decision has to be made or a different event that can be played. From the nodes of the circumstance, there are lines - branches that show different situations (and likelihoods of their events) that affect the outcome is the state of the circumstance / situation / nature. The basic process of making a decision tree consists of sketching a set of available actions and circumstances, calculating expected values for each available option, and then selecting the option that offers the highest expected profitability (or least expected loss) to the decision maker.
