In the final paper The Internet banking service in Croatian banks is analyzed by the offer of Internet banking in three Croatian banks - OTP banka Hrvatska d.d., Hrvatska poštanska banka d.d. and Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. The aim of this final paper is to analyze the differences in the offer of internet banking in the mentioned banks. Banking is an important system in every economy, so it is necessary to constantly improve it. For this reason Internet banking was developed and the newer generation can not imagine doing business with the bank without it. His development was preceded by inevitable technological changes that offer everyone easier and faster business and everyday life. In order to investigate internet banking offerings in Croatia, a secondary method of data collection was used. The use of internet banking is on the rise both in the world and in Croatia. In order to attract as many clients as possible, banks are trying to provide them with greater comfort when working with them. With the obvious benefits of internet banking, the biggest issue is security, and banks are making great efforts to satisfy their customers in this aspect of the popular service too. The observed banks are one of the largest banks in the Croatian banking system and are comparable to the observed service. Each of the observed banks has a wide range of services within the internet banking, and these are mostly different in details, and the most important difference is the cost of using the observed service.
