Abstract
Tema se ovog rada odnosi na analizu siromaštva, nezaposlenosti i socijalne isključenosti u CEE zemljama Europske unije. Socijalna isključenost, kao izraz, usko je vezana uz pojam siromaštva. Socijalnu isključenost kao proces promatramo višedimenzionalno te ona nedovoljno osnažuje vezu pojedinca i zajednice. Važna karakteristika siromaštva i socijalne isključenosti je njihovo trajanje. Ukoliko je ono kratkotrajno, neće prouzročiti veće posljedice u životima ljudi niti u velikoj mjeri smanjiti prilike pripadnosti u društvu, ali ako se pojavi kao dugotrajan proces, tada izlazak iz takvog stanja nije jednostavan. Uzroke nezaposlenosti moguće je tražiti u posljedicama ekonomske krize, nepodudaranju ponude i potražnje na tržištu rada, smanjene mobilnosti radne snage i mnogim drugim uzrocima. Siromaštvo, nezaposlenost i socijalna isključenost dinamične su pojave, upravo zato je potrebno stalno bdjeti nad njima te ih pratiti. Također se javlja i potreba za stalnim poboljšanjem metodologije njihovog praćenja te provođenja komparativnih analiza.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is related to the analysis of poverty, unemployment and social exclusion in the CEE countries of the European Union. Social exclusion, as an expression, is closely related to the concept of poverty. Social exclusion as a process we observe multidimensionally, and it weakens the relationship between the individual and the community. The important characteristic of poverty and social exclusion is the duration. If it is not the short term causing greater consequences in people's lives or greatly reducing the opportunities for belonging to society, but if it appears as a long-lasting process, leaving such a state is not easy. Unemployment is caused by a mayor economic crisis, lack of jobs, reduced labor mobility and other. Poverty, unemployment and social exclusion are a dynamic phenomenon, so it is necessary to constantly watch over and follow them. There is also a need to continuously improve the methodology of their monitoring and the conduct of comparative analyzes.
