Abstract
U Republici Hrvatskoj plaće u osiguravajućim društvima uređene su najčešće Pravilnikom o radu i naknadama odnosno provizioniranju u prodajnoj mreži. Pravilnik donosi Uprava određenog osiguravajućeg društva u skladu sa Zakonom o radu. Obzirom da je prodaja osigurateljnih usluga temeljna djelatnost osiguravajućih društava, ovaj rad prikazuje vrste prodajnih kanala te materijalne kompenzacije odnosno plaće zaposlenika u prodajnim kanalima. Sam učinak prodaje većinom ovisi o zaposleniku i njegovu angažmanu stoga je logičan model djelomičnog sustava varijabilnih plaća odnosno plaćanja prema učinku u kojem se utvrđuje mjesečni fiksni iznos plaće dok drugi varijabilni iznos ovisi o zaposlenikovom angažmanu i radnom učinku prema unaprijed određenom i dogovorenom modelu načina plaćanja radnog učinka.Takav model plaće pokazuje izniman porast rezultata i produktivnosti zaposlenika a ima utjecaj na povećanje radne motivacije.
Abstract (english)
Salaries in insurance companies in Republic of Croatia are most commonly determined by the Rules of work and reimbursement, ie. the level of provision in sales network. Rules are established by the administration of a certain insurance company according to the work law. Considering that the sale of insurance services is primary activity of the insurance companies, this kind of work shows the types of sales channels as well as material compensations, that is, the paychecks of their employees in the sales channels. Efficiency of the sale itself mostly depends on the employee and his involvement. That being said, it is only logical to have that kind of model in a system of partial and variable wages, ie. paying per output. In this kind of system, fixed amount of wage is determined, while the other, variable amount, depends on the employee's performance and work efficiency and pays accordingly to predetermined and arranged model. That model of paycheck displays exceptional growth in productivity and results of the employees as well as the increased work motivation.
