Abstract
Društveno odgovorno poslovanje predstavlja poslovni koncept u kojem poduzeće nije fokusirano isključivo na ostvarivanje zacrtanih poslovnih planova nego se okreće i potrebama društva u kojem se nalazi. Društvena odgovornost je opredjeljenje poduzeća za unaprjeđenje dobrobiti zajednice. Ono što je bitno jest da je društveno odgovorno poslovanje poseban koncept poslovanja u kojem poduzeća dragovoljno te bez zakonske prisile nastoje uskladiti svoje poslovanje s potrebama društva. To ostvaruju kroz uključivanje u različite društvene projekte, pomažući ostvariti pojedine društvene ciljeve i slično tome. Upravljanje rizicima sustavna je metoda putem koje se nastoje identificirati, analizirati i mjeriti različite vrste rizika s kojima su poduzeća suočena u svome poslovanju. Upravljanje rizicima u novije vrijeme privlači sve više pozornosti, baš kao i društveno odgovorno poslovanje, o čemu svjedoči sve veći broj stručnih radova posvećenih rizicima. Razlikuje se više vrsta rizika, a bit je identificirati svaki mogući rizik te ga ukloniti ili barem svesti na minimalnu razinu. Primjena društveno odgovornog poslovanja sa sobom nosi različite izazove, no implementacija tog koncepta u poslovanje može imati utjecaja i na rizike. U ovom radu prikazat će se povezanost između društveno odgovornog poslovanja i upravljanja rizicima.
Abstract (english)
Corporate Social Responsibility is a business concept in which the company is not focused only on the realization of the business plans, but also takes care of the needs of the community in which it is located. Corporate social responsibility is the company's commitment to the advancement of community well-being. The important point is that CSR is a special concept of business in which companies voluntarily and without legal coercion seek to adjust their business activities with the needs of the community. This is achieved through involvement in various social projects, helping to achieve certain social objectives and more. Risk management is a systematic method that seeks to identify, analyse and measure different types of risks that companies face in their operations. More recently, risk management has been attracting more and more attention, as is corporate social responsibility, which is confirmed by the increasing number of studies focusing on risk. There are different types of risk, and it is important to identify every possible risk and eliminate it, or at least minimize it. The implementation of CSR brings various challenges, but the implementation of this concept into business can also have influence on risks. This paper will show the relationship between corporate social responsibility and risk management.
