Abstract
Upravljanje znanjem se može opisati kao proces stvaranja, dijeljenja, korištenja i upravljanja znanja i informacijama organizacije. Neke od kategorija sustava za upravljanje znanjem su: groupware, umjetna inteligencija, e-učenje, ekspertni sustavi, virtualna stvarnost, sustavi tijeka rada, itd. U ovome radu fokus će biti na umjetnoj inteligenciji. Umjetna inteligencija se bavi razvojem sposobnosti računala koje bi se trebale razvijati u smjeru obavljanja zadaća za koje je potreban određeni oblik inteligencije. To znači da bi se ta inteligencija trebala snalaziti u novim prilikama, donositi zaključke, znati strane jezike i slično. Umjetna inteligencija je mlada znanost i dio je računalne znanosti. Kao takva, preuzela je dio pristupa i tehnika iz drugih disciplina kao što su npr. logika, psihologija, biologija, matematika, kognitivne znanosti i dr. Glavna područja primjene umjetne inteligencije su: računalne igre i simulacije, ekspertni sustavi, neuronske mreže, razumijevanje i obrada jezika, vizualni sustavi, inteligentni agenti i dr.
Abstract (english)
Knowledge management can be described as the process of creating, sharing, using and managing an organization's knowledge and information. Some of the categories of knowledge management systems are: groupware, artificial intelligence, e-learning, expert systems, virtual reality, workflow systems, etc. In this paper, the focus will be on artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence is about developing the capabilities of computers that should evolve towards performing tasks that require some form of intelligence. This means that this intelligence should cope with new opportunities, draw conclusions, know foreign languages and the like. Artificial intelligence is a young science and part of computer science. As such, it has taken part of approaches and techniques from other disciplines such as logic, psychology, biology, mathematics, cognitive sciences, etc. The main fields of application of artificial intelligence are: computer games and simulations, expert systems, neural networks, understanding and language processing, visual systems, intelligent agents, etc.
