Abstract
Tema je ovog rada „Organizacija elemenata organizacijske strukture“. Elementi organizacijske strukture predstavljaju ključne aspekte organizacije kao cjeline. Svaki od elemenata vrlo je bitan i međusobno su ovisni. Ti elementi su: organizacija materijalnih inputa, organizacija ljudskih resursa, organizacija raščlanjivanja i grupiranja zadataka, organizacija upravljanja i menadžmenta te organizacija vremenskog redoslijeda poslova. Pri odabiru organizacijske strukture vrlo je bitno proći svaki od elemenata i ne izostavljati niti jedan jer organizacija u tom slučaju ne može pravilo i uspješno funkcionirati. Kako bi se stvorila efikasna organizacijska struktura potrebno je jasno definirati viziju, misiju i ciljeve te postaviti strategiju kojom će se određivati elementi i na kraju funkcionirati cijela organizacija. Kako bi organizacija na kraju imala uspješno poslovanje, osim što je potrebno uskladiti sve elemente organizacijske strukture, potrebno je i imati menadžera koji će ih držati zajedno. Upravo u ovom radu će se prikazati koji su to sve elementi organizacijske strukture, što čini svaki od elemenata i na koji način je najlakše odrediti pravu organizacijsku strukturu. U prvom dijelu ovoga rada će se objasniti što je to organizacijska struktura općenito i kako ona funkcionira u organizacijama, dok će se u drugom dijelu rada objasniti svaki od elemenata posebno i detaljno. Pojasnit će se i podelementi pojedinih elemenata koji zajedno čine cjelinu.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the topic of: “Elements of organizational structure.” Elements of organizational structure represent key aspects of organizing as a whole. Each of the elements is very important and correlative. These elements include: organizing material input, organizing human resources, organizing analysis and task grouping, organizational management as well as organizing timescales. When choosing the right organizational structure, it is necessary to assess each of the components without omitting any of them because, otherwise, organization in this case cannot function properly and successfully. In order to create an efficient organizational structure, it is necessary to clearly define vision, mission, and goals and define a strategy that will determine components for functioning of entire organization. To eventually have successfully functioning organization, in addition to required harmonization of all components of organizational structure, it is necessary to secure quality leadership who will successfully manage the organization. This paper will present all components of organizational structure, breakdown of each component, and methodology for determining the right organizational structure.
