Abstract | Organizacija predstavlja udruženje ljudi koji se udružuju kako bi zajedničkim snagama i
najmanjim naporom ostvarili zacrtani cilj. Svaka organizacija ima svoj cilj, misiju i svrhu, a oni
čine unutarnje čimbenike organizacije. Pod vanjskim čimbenicima organizacije
podrazumijevamo ekonomsku, tehnološku, društvenu, i druge okoline. Ciljevi organizacije
moraju biti realni i dostižni. Postoje različite vrste organizacije, kao i teorije koje ih na različite
načine shvaćaju i objašnjavaju. Za rad unutar organizacije, vrlo je bitna stavka podjele rada i
specijalizacije, jer se njima jedan posao dijeli na više dijelova, te se brže i detaljnije obavlja.
Specijalizacijom se povećava produktivnost rada te kvaliteta odrađenog posla.
Konflikti su svakodnevne situacije u životu, a svakom promjenom unutar organizacije mijenja
se dotadašnje stanje koje ne odgovara svakom pojedincu. Svaki pojedinac ima svoje vrijednosti,
stavove i ponašanja koja nisu identična vrijednostima, stavovima i ponašanjima drugih
pojedinaca. Konflikti se javljaju kako u privatnom, tako i u poslovnom životu. Mogu se pojaviti
unutar pojedinca, između pojedinaca, unutar grupa i između grupa. Postoji pet stilova rješavanja
sukoba, a konflikti imaju i pozitivne, ali i negativne posljedice.
Zadnji dio rada sastoji se od analize provedenog istraživanja na temu upravljanja konfliktima,
a temeljeno je na podacima prikupljenim upitnikom s 30 pitanja i analiziranim odgovarajućim
metodama. |
Abstract (english) | The organization is an association of people who unite in order to achieve their goal with joint
effort and the least effort. Every organization has its own goal, mission and purpose that make
up the internal factors of an organization. External factors of an organization are economic,
technological, social and other environments. The goals of the organization must be realistic
and achievable. There are different types of organization, as well as theories that understand
and explain them in different ways. For work within the organization, its division of labor and
specialization is very important, because they divide one job into several parts and it is done
faster and with more detail. Specialization increases labor productivity and the quality of work
that is done.
Conflicts are everyday situations in life, and every change within the organization changes the
previous situation that does not suit every individual person. Each individual has their own
values, attitudes, and behaviors that are not identical to the values, attitudes, and behaviors of
other individuals. Conflicts occur in both private and business life. They can occur within an
individual, between individuals, within groups, and between groups. There are five styles of
resolving a problem and conflicts have both positive and negative consequences.
The last part of the paper consists of an analysis of the conducted research on the topic of
conflict management. It consists of 30 questions that are explained and analyzed at the end of
the paper. |
