Abstract
Selekcija zaposlenika složen je proces kojemu je cilj prepoznati i odabrati najbolje kandidate koji posjeduju kvalitetna i potrebna znanja te vještine kako bi određeno poduzeće moglo ostvarivati svoje ciljeve, konkurirati drugim poduzećima te samim time uspješno poslovati. Cilj selekcije zaposlenika je privući te u konačnici odabrati najbolje ljude koje će se uvesti u poduzeće sa svrhom njihovog radnog doprinosa poduzeću u pogledu novih i kvalitetnih znanja i vještina kako bi se... More unaprijedio rad poduzeća. Selekciji prethode koraci koje se sastoje od planiranja i regrutiranja ljudskih potencijala, a prije no što se selekcija provede treba ustanoviti koje točno poslove novi zaposlenik treba obavljati te koja znanja, vještine i kvalitete mora posjedovati kako bi zadovoljio uvjete neke organizacije. Postoje brojne metode kojima se služi prilikom selekcije kao što su standardni izvori prikupljanja informacija o kandidatima, intervju, psihološki testovi i testovi sposobnosti te nekonvencionalne metode selekcije. Nakon provedenih metoda ispitivanja i testiranja kandidata donose se rezultati selekcije te se odlučuje hoće li se zaposliti nekoga od kandidata te ako hoće koliko njih će to biti sukladno potrebama poduzeća ukoliko se zaključilo da su adekvatni za obavljanje posla koje određeno radno mjesto iziskuje. Employee selection is a complex process whose goal is to identify and select the best candidates who have the quality and necessary knowledge and skills to enable a particular company to achieve its goals, compete with other companies and have a successful business. The goal of employee selection is to attract and ultimately select the best people who will be introduced to the company with the purpose of contributing to the company in terms of knowledge and skills in order to... More improve the company success. Selection is preceded by activities such as planning and recruiting human resources, and before selection itself it is necessary to determine what job a new employee needs to perform and what knowledge, skills and qualities he or she must have to satisfy the requirements of an organization. There are numerous selection methods such as standard sources of candidate information collection, interviews, psychological and aptitude tests, and unconventional selection methods. After the methods of testing the candidates, the results of the selection are made and it is decided whether to hire one of the candidates and if so how many of them will be hired in accordance with the needs of the company if it is concluded that they are adequate to perform the job well.
