Abstract
Farmaceutska industrija, čiji podsustav čini proizvodnja sredstava za zaštitu bilja, posebice od druge polovice prošlog stoljeća, doživljava transformacije i okrupnjavanje što je rezultiralo tržišnom utakmicom u kojoj prevladavaju globalni brendovi. Zasićenost tržišta, odnosno pokrivenost tržišta ponudom konkurentnih proizvoda sukobljenih brendova te preveliki troškovi za „preuzimanje“ tržišnih udjela od konkurencije na zauzetim tržištima postepeno su primorali poslovne subjekte iz domene farmaceutske industrije da mijenjaju poslovnu filozofiju i da ofanzivnu, osvajačku tržišnu strategiju zamjenjuju s defanzivnom koja u fokusu ima zadržavanje i bolje iskorištavanje postojećih potrošača, a koja je u osnovi suvremenog marketinga, točnije u premisi marketinga odnosa. Marketing odnosa, kao poslovna filozofija i faza u razvoju marketinga, koja se fokusira na zadovoljavanje potreba individualiziranih i personaliziranih potrošača, operacionaliziran je kroz koncept upravljanja odnosima s potrošačima (CRM). Iskustva ukazuju na prisutnost većeg broja neuspjeha u aplikaciji CRM-a u raznim područjima gospodarske djelatnosti, a razlog tome treba tražiti primarno u pristupu uvođenju koncepta upravljanja odnosima s potrošačima bez provedenih priprema u vidu prethodnih istraživanja i definiranja konceptualnog modela koji ukazuje na to kako CRM sustav u konačnici treba izgledati. Provedeno istraživanje, čiji su rezultati prikazani u ovom radu, išlo je za tim da sagleda koje sve odlike CRM sustav kod proizvođača sredstava za zaštitu bilja treba imati kako bi se kvalitetno upravljalo odnosima s potrošačima na tržištu sredstava za zaštitu bilja te postigla transformacija potrošača u klijente i time osigurao opstanak proizvođačima sredstava za zaštitu bilja u složenim tržišnim uvjetima koji danas egzistiraju.
Abstract (english)
The pharmaceutical industry, whose subsystem also includes the production of plant protection products, especially since the second half of the last century, is experiencing transformations and consolidation, which has resulted in market competition in which global brands predominate. Market saturation, respectively market coverage by offering competing products of conflicting brands and excessive costs for "taking over" market shares from competition in busy markets have gradually forced pharmaceutical companies to change their business philosophy and replace their offensive, conquering market strategy with a defensive one the focus is on retaining and making better use of existing consumers, which is the basis of modern marketing, more precisely in the premise of relationship marketing. Relationship marketing, as a business philosophy and phase in the development of marketing, which focuses on meeting the needs of individualized and personalized consumers, is operationalized through the concept of customer relationship management (CRM). Experience indicates the presence of a number of failures in the application of CRM in various areas of economic activity, and the reason for this should be sought primarily in the approach to introducing the concept of consumer relations management without prior preparations in the form of previous research and defining a conceptual model ultimately it should look like. The conducted research, the results of which are presented in this paper, aimed to see what all the features of the CRM system in the manufacturer of plant protection products should have in order to manage consumer relations in the plant protection products market and achieve consumer transformation and thus ensure the survival of plant protection product manufacturers in the complex market conditions that exist today.
