| Abstract | Dimenzije organizacijske strukture predstavljaju čimbenike organizacijske strukture koji
određuju njezin izgled. Tematika ovoga rada su upravo ti temelji procesa organiziranja, a to
su: podjela rada i specijalizacija, hijerarhija, raspon kontrole, ovlasti i odgovornosti,
delegiranje, stupanj centralizacije i decentralizacije, koordinacija, složenost i formalizacija. S
obzirom na činjenicu da formiranje strukture predstavlja prvi korak, prije samog početka
poslovanja, ključno je razumijevanje svih čimbenika kao i pravilan odabir organizacijske
strukture. Organizacija strukture nekog poduzeća predstavlja način na koji je to poduzeće
sastavljeno od pojedinih dijelova i podrazumijeva sve veze unutar poduzeća. Organizacijska
struktura poduzeća mora slijediti ciljeve poduzeća koji proizlaze iz strategija. S obzirom na to
da na organizacijsku strukturu utječu brojni čimbenici organizacije, koji strukturu mijenjaju,
organizacijska struktura poduzeća predstavlja dinamičan element. Prema čimbenicima
oblikovanja organizacijske strukture, različite strukture organizacija mogu se podijeliti na
organske i birokratske strukture. Dok birokratsku strukturu karakterizira jasna hijerarhija,
centralizacija, stalna podjela rada, te je idealna za stabilnu okolinu, organsku strukturu
karakterizira decentralizacija, smanjivanje vertikalne koordinacije nastale kao odgovor na
dinamičnu okolinu. Svaka od struktura ima određene prednosti i nedostatke, jednoj će
organizaciji biti prikladna, a za drugu neće. Neprimjerena struktura onemogućiti će uspješno
poslovanje, stoga su dimenzije organizacijske strukture od ključne važnosti za odabir
odgovarajuće strukture poduzeća, što je ujedno i jedna od najvažnijih odluka u poslovanju. |
| Abstract (english) | The dimensions of an organizational structure represent the factors of an organizational
structure that determine its appearance. The topics of this paper are precisely these
foundations of the process, namely: division of labor and specialization, hierarchy, range of
control, powers and responsibilities, delegation, degree of centralization and decentralization,
coordination, complexity, and formalization. Given the fact that the foundation of the
structure is the first step, before starting the business, it is crucial to understand all the factors
as well as the correct choice of organizational structure. The organization of the structure of
an enterprise is composed of an individual parts and implies all the connections within the
enterprise. The organizational structure of the company must follow the goals of the company,
which arise from the strategies. Given that the organizational structure is influenced by
numerous factors of the organization, which change the structure, the organizational structure
of the company is a dynamic element. According to the factors shaping the organizational
structure, different organizational structures can be divided into organic and bureaucratic
structures. While the bureaucratic structure is characterized by a clear hierarchy,
centralization, constant division of labor, and is ideal for a stable environment, the organic
structure is characterized by decentralization, a reduction in vertical coordination created in
response to a dynamic environment. Each of the structures has certain advantages and
disadvantages, it will be suitable for one organization and not for another. Inadequate
structure will prevent successful business, so the dimensions of the organizational structure
are crucial for choosing the appropriate structure of the company, which is also one of the
most important decisions in business. |
