In this paper we are going to investigate importance of business communication inside the company and how today's trends affect company develop same as management of the company. In first part of this paper we are going to explain what communication is and how it developed during the history, since her beginning till now. We can define communication as „process of exchanging information through agreed system of symbols, respectively process of sending the information to yourself or any other entity, usually using language.“ Further in the paper we are going to represent the importance of communication and how did the trends of same developed through years. How fast those trends are developing, how important it is to keep track of them and how important it is to introduce them in the right moment so company can survive. We are going to explain what are the most used terms of business communication and what is the way of selecting them. Except of importance of communication, we are going to present possible obsticles during the same and obsticles that can appear while introducing new ways of communication inside of company. With past and present trends of business communication, we will try to define possible future trends of business communication and how ready the companies are for them. Through this paper we are going to explain who is important for develop of business communication and that no organizational form is as important as communication between all levels inside of the company.
