Abstract
Timski rad predstavlja način rada koji se u početku vezao samo za sportove no današnje suvremeno poslovno okruženje navelo je organizacije da timski način rada prihvate kao najbolji oblik organizacije poslovanja te je time postao i najčešći. Timski rad ima za cilj stvoriti atmosferu u kojoj svaki pojedinac ima mogućnost postići više nego što bi postigao samostalno. Također, timski rad uči članove tima kako više ne postoji „ja“ već samo „mi“. Iako unutar timova često postoje nedostaci, smatra se kako su timske prednosti višestruke i neosporive. Kako bi tim bio što uspješniji i kreativniji te time organizaciju učinio inovativnijom i konkurentnijom, unutar tima razvija se i potiče kreativnost i kreativno razmišljanje. Smatra se kako je kreativnost ono što pojedinca izdvaja iz mase pa samim time i tim iz mase timove te organizaciju iz mase organizacija. Iako je kreativnost često okružena sumnjama potvrđuje se činjenica kako ona potiče stvaranje inovacija koje omogućavaju organizacijama konkurentsku prednost. Primjena kreativnosti u menadžmentu ima važnu ulogu te predstavlja izazovan zadatak. Organizacija koja kreativno djeluje mora imati ljude spremne za komunikaciju te dopustiti nekonvencionalna ponašanja. Kako bi se problem unutar organizacije riješio na kreativan način dizajnirane su posebne metode poticanja kreativnosti. Te metode su: brainstorming, brainwriting, mind-mapping, delphi metoda, scamper, sinektika i metoda šest šešira.
Abstract (english)
Teamwork is a way of organizing work that was initially related only to sports, but today's modern business environment has led organizations to accept teamwork as the best form of business organization so it became the most common. Teamwork aims to create an atmosphere in which each individual has the opportunity to achieve more than they would achieve on their own. Also, teamwork teaches team members that there is no longer an „I“ but only a „we“. Although there are often disadvantages within teams, team advantages are considered multiple and undeniable. In order for the team to be as successful and creative as possible, and to make organization more innovative and competitive, creativity and creative thinking are developed and encoured within the team. It is considered that creativity is what sets an individual apart from the masses, teams from other teams and an organization from other organizations. Although creativity is often doubted, it is a fact that creativity encourages the creation of innovations that give organizations a competitive advantage. The application of creativity is a challenging task that plays an important role in management. An organization that acts creatively must have people willing to communicate and allow unconventional behaviors. In order to solve the problem within the organization in a creative way, special methods have been designed to encourage creativity. These methods are: brainstorming, brainwriting, mind-mapping, delphi method, scamper, synectics and six thinking hats.
