Abstract Lideri svjesno ili nesvjesno koriste tehnike pomoću kojih postižu moć i autoritet.
kvalitetan i stručan kadar. Liderske tehnike postizanja moći i autoriteta čest su predmet rasprava
brojnih autora, znanstvenika, struke i ostalih koji nastoje iznijeti ono ključno za postizanje moći
i autoriteta implementacijom liderskih tehnika u poslovanju.
radom doprinijeli boljitku organizacija. Postoji više situacija iz kojih moć i autoritet proizlaze,
ali i niz tehnika pomoću kojih lider može svoj položaj moći i autoriteta kontinuirano održavati
i povećavati. Prilikom istraživanja teme diplomskog rada, a s ciljem što bolje pripreme,
proučavana su razna znanstvena, pisana i digitalna djela, stručni časopisi, i internetski portali
koji obrađuju temu liderskih tehnika, moći, autoriteta, utjecaja, položaja, i tome slično. Cilj rada
d.o.o., Cestorad d.d., Grad Vinkovci, Grad-Export d.o.o., Iver d.o.o., Osnovna škola Ivana
Mažuranića Vinkovci, PTUO ŽRVANJ i Vinkoprom d.o.o.
mogli sukobiti s ciljem utvrđivanja liderskih tehnika kojima lideri postižu moć i autoritet.
Ispitanici potvrđuju sklad elemenata liderstva i uspješnost poduzeća.
organizacije.
Abstract (english) Leaders consciously or unconsciously use techniques to gain power and authority. Leaders are
people who have innate abilities to influence others. They improve their abilities and do not
keep their knowledge to themselves, but gladly share it with others because they are aware of
how important it is to have quality and professional staff. Leadership techniques for achieving
power and authority are often the subject of discussion by many authors, scientists,
professionals and others who seek to present the key to achieving power and authority by
implementing leadership techniques in business. A leader should strive to develop his or her
ability to influence others and achieve a high level of authority that is solid and consistent so
that his or her employees or subordinates carry out given orders and implement decisions and
contribute to the improvement of organizations. There are several situations from which power
and authority arise, but also through techniques by which a leader can continuously maintain
and increase his position of power and authority. During the research of the thesis topic, and
with the aim of better preparation, various scientific, written and digital works, professional
journals, and Internet portals dealing with the topic of leadership techniques, power, authority,
influence, position, and the like were studied. The aim of the paper is to present the findings of
the paper, related to the theoretical processing of concepts and previous research in the field of
work and conduct research to conclude on which leadership techniques contribute to achieving
power and authority, but also to determine the interdependence of leadership elements that
synergistically affect business performance. The research was conducted in eight companies,
organizations and institutions from different industries, such as: Boso d.o.o., Cestorad d.d.,
Grad Vinkovci, Grad-Export d.o.o., Iver d.o.o., Ivan Mažuranić Elementary School Vinkovci,
PTUO ŽRVANJ and Vinkoprom d.o.o. Business owners and employees who answered
different but related questions were surveyed so that their answers could clash with the goal of
identifying leadership techniques by which leaders achieve power and authority. Surveyed
leaders and employees confirm scientific research on those leadership traits that are key to good
leadership. Respondents confirm the harmony of leadership elements and company
performance. The importance of communication and delegation of work and the strong
leadership of leaders as the foundation of the organization can be determined.
