Abstract
Ovaj rad daje pregled inovacija u mikro, malim i srednjim poduzećima koje su se dogodile tijekom izbijanja i razvoja pandemije Covid-19. U radu su definirana mikro, mala i srednja poduzeća, te rezultati GEM istraživanja koje je fokusirano prvenstveno na ranu poduzetničku aktivnost pojedinaca, na razini Republike Hrvatske i zemalja koje sudjeluju u istraživanju. Nakon pojmovnog određenja inovacija, analizirani su čimbenici koji utječu na razvoj inovacija u poduzeću, opisane su četiri ključne faze inovacijskog procesa, te kritički analizirane strategije koje poduzeća koriste prilikom implementacije inovativnih proizvoda. Izdvojeni su tipični primjeni inovacija u RH i EU tijekom pandemije Covid-19 koji su nastali uslijed prepoznavanja prilika za razvoj proizvoda ili dugogodišnjim razvojem u poduzećima. U radu se temeljem sekundarnog istraživanja kritički valorizira poduzeća iz okruženja i njihov odgovor na neizvjesnu situaciju uslijed izbijanja pandemije. Rad čitatelju daje korisne informacije ukoliko ima ambicije za inoviranjem ili želi detaljnije istražiti procese kreiranja i implementacije inovacija.
Abstract (english)
This paper provides an overview of the innovations in micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises that occurred during the outbreak and development of the Covid-19 pandemic. The paper defines micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, and the results of the GEM research, which is focused primarily on the early entrepreneurial activity of individuals, at the level of the Republic of Croatia and the countries participating in the research. After the conceptual definition of innovation, the factors influencing the development of innovation in the company are analyzed, four key phases of the innovation process are described, and the strategies used by companies in the implementation of innovative products are critically analyzed. Typical applications of innovations in the Republic of Croatia and the EU during the Covid-19 pandemic, which arose due to the recognition of opportunities for product development or long-term development in companies, were described. Based on secondary research, the paper critically evaluates companies and their response to the uncertain situation due to the outbreak of a pandemic. This paper provides useful information for reader if he has ambitions for innovation or wants to explore in more detail the processes of creating and implementing innovations.
