Abstract
Digitalizacija u kojoj su rođeni protagonisti ovoga rada - tzv. generacija Z, utjecala je na sve aspekte života, pa tako i na odnos novih generacija prema radu. Radni ambijent, očekivanja od posla, radno vrijeme, motiviranost i lojalnost radnika uvelike se mijenjaju iz generacije u generaciju. Te promjene utječu na cjelokupno tržište rada i često poslodavci nemaju pravilan pristup prema novim radnicima koji pristupaju radnom odnosu. Cilj ovog rada je analizirati radne vrijednosti generacije Z. Primarnim istraživanjem u obliku anketnog upitnika ispitana je percepcija pripadnika generacije Z o radnim ciljevima. Dobiveni podaci iskorišteni su za analizu, usporedbu te na kraju donošenje relevantnih zaključaka na temu.
Abstract (english)
Digitization in which the protagonists of this paper were born, the so-called Generation Z, has affected all aspects of life, including the attitude of new generations towards work. The work environment, job expectations, working hours, motivation and loyalty of workers vary greatly from generation to generation. These changes affect the overall labour market and often employers do not have proper access to new workers entering the market. The aim of this paper is to analyse the operating values of generation Z. The primary research in the form of a survey questionnaire examined the public opinion of members of Generation Z working goals. The obtained data were used for analysis, comparison and finally making relevant conclusions on the topic.
