Selecting the source of financing depends on the type of investments in which it invests. According to the golden rule of financing short-term needs are financed from short-term sources, and the long-term needs are financed from long-term sources. It is also very important to evaluate potential investment, just in case if funds would not bring the expected income and the company could experience many. Except period of time, funding sources can be internal and external, whether company is financed itself or seeking sources beyond companies. Aside from time period sources of financing can be internal if the company is financed from its own resources and also must finance interest rate which is the most common form of financing when it comes to external financing. If the company chooses to get financed by external form of financing, they should be very careful. Despite return of investment, who brings income to the company, they have to have sources to pay the biggest cost in this types of financing - interest. This work presents a financing of IGH Ltd. Company, which are financed by long-term external sources. It is about issuing stock and bonds emission, which are additional capital and run investment. Large companies are financed by shared and bonds, and smaller enterprises by lending. Because of their size, large companies have major investments, so with lowest cost and rapid provision of the necessary funds they are choosing finance securities. Credit is the best form of financing for small businesses because then not require large funds as is the case for large businesses.
