Abstract | Završnim radom iz kolegija Menadžment ljudskih resursa istražuje se upravljanje timskim
radom. U radu je opisana razlika između tima i grupe, kao i drugi pojmovi vezani za tematiku
rada. Svrha ovog rada je prikazati upravljanje timskim radom. Karakteristike menadžera i vođa
u uspješnim, dugotrajnim poduzećima su optimalan izbor članova tima, eliminacija uzročnika
stresa članova tima, ovladavanje sobom, vlastitim nagonima i egom, upornost, usredotočenost,
izdržljivost, sposobnost samomotivacije i motivacije drugih, iskrena briga za članove svog tima
te korištenje tehnika i teorija manipulacije u pozitivnom kontekstu (gdje je cilj izvući
maksimum iz svake osobe, najbolje od svakog člana tima kako bi ukupan rezultat bio što bolji).
Sukobi u timu mogu biti funkcionalni ako menadžer umije upravljati njima. Dugoročno najbolji
način rješavanja sukoba postiže se kompromisom i suradnjom. Iako samo upravljanje ima
pozitivnu konotaciju, odličan tim neće ostvarivati rezultat ako njima upravlja loš menadžer,
stoga će se u radu razmotriti i druga strana upravljanja. Radom će se pokušati dati odgovor i na
pitanja: kako voditi tim izvrsnih pojedinaca, jesu li timovi ljudi sličnih karakteristika
učinkovitiji ili ne. U konačnici, sam timski rad i rezultati koji se posljedično ostvaruju utječu
na reputaciju poduzeća i mogu biti velika konkurentska prednost, zbog čega je upravljanje
timskim radom za poduzeće krucijalno. |
Abstract (english) | The final thesis written for the Human Resource Management Course explores the management
of teamwork. The paper describes the difference between a team and a group, as well as other
concepts related to the topic of the paper. The purpose of this paper is to show the management
of teamwork. Characteristics of managers and leaders in successful, long-term companies are
optimal selection of team members, elimination of stressors of team members, self-control,
selfinstincts and ego, perseverance, focus, endurance, ability to self-motivate and motivate others,
sincere care for team members and use of techniques and theories of manipulation in a positive
context (where the goal is to get the most out of each person, the most out of each team member
to make the overall result as good as possible). Conflicts in a team can be functional if the
manager knows how to manage them. In the long run, the best way to resolve conflicts is
through compromise and cooperation. Although management itself has a positive connotation,
a great team will not achieve results if they are managed by a bad manager, so the other side of
management will be considered in the paper, as well. The paper will also try to answer the
questions: how to lead a team of excellent individuals, whether teams of people with similar
characteristics are more effective or not. Ultimately, the teamwork itself and the results that are
consequently achieved affect the reputation of the company and can be a great competitive
advantage, which is why managing teamwork is crucial for the company. |
