Abstract
U ovom završnom radu bit će pobliže objašnjeno značenje informacije kao ključni faktor uspješnog poslovanja. Bez prave informacije, nijedno poduzeće ne može se razvijati i napredovati u željenom smjeru. Posjedovati pravu informaciju, u jednu ruku svakako znači imati moć, a ukoliko se informacija upotrijebi na pravi način, može dovesti do velikog uspjeha. Isto tako, nedostatak informacija može poduzeće odvesti u propast, stoga je između ostaloga, u svakome poduzeću bitna komunikacija između zaposlenih. Kako bi objasnili što znači točno riječ informacija, i kakvu moć ima, moramo razumjeti razliku između informacije, poruke, podatka te znanja. Također, u ovome radu nastojat će se približiti važnost informacije u donošenju poslovnih odluka te njihova vrijednost. Kroz praktični primjer tvrtke Opeka d.d. Osijek, prikazat će se kolanje informacija kroz poduzeće.
Abstract (english)
In this final work will be discussed in more detail the meaning of information as a key factor of successful business. Without the right information, no company can not grow and thrive in the desired direction. Possess the right information, on the one hand certainly does have the power, and if the information is used in the right way, can lead to great success. Also, the lack of information may lead the company to ruin, because, among other things, in every bit of communication between company employees. To explain what it means exactly the word information, and her power, we need to understand the difference between information, messages, data and knowledge. Also, in this paper will attempt to approach the importance of information in making business decisions and their value. Through a practical example of a company Opeka d.d. Osijek, will show the circulation of information throughout the enterprise.
