Abstract | Stres je pojava sa kojom se u suvremeno doba susrećemo sve češće. Gotovo ne postoji osoba koja
u dijelu svoga života nije proživjela nekakav stresni događaj. Kako živimo u dobu koji živi
ubrzano, tako i naš posao postaje sve dinamičniji i zahtjevniji. Od radnika se zahtjeva puno više
vremena, predanosti, znanja i vještina što dovodi do fenomena stresa. Kako u poslovnom, tako i u
privatnom životu izloženi smo stresu koji je u današnje vrijeme nezaobilazna pojava.
Rad u tri glavna dijela obrađuje sam pojam stresa, stres u poduzeću i upravljanje stresom unutar
poduzeća. Cilj rada je prikazati kako stres djeluje negativno na zaposlenike.
Prvi dio rada obrađuje pojam stresa, razvoj stresa kroz povijest, izvore stresa i vrste stresa prema
trajanju i prema jačini. Nadalje, obrađuje se pojam stresa unutar poduzeća i utjecaj poduzeća na
pojavu stresa. Rad objašnjava izvore stresa unutar poduzeća koji mogu biti individualni, grupni i
organizacijski stresori. Postoje različiti načini prevencije stresa koje može poduzeti poduzeće, ali
i sam pojedinac kako bi se lakše nosio sa stresnim situacijama. Efekti stresa mogu biti razni,
naravno negativni, kako prema zaposleniku tako i prema samom poduzeću. Za zaposlenika kao
posljedica može se dogoditi sagorijevanje kod dugotrajnog izlaganja stresu dok poduzeće može
ostvariti različite troškove i gubitke ukoliko ne prevenira stres između zaposlenika. U radu se
također objašnjava pojam stresa kao suvremena bolest koja zahvaća jako stresa zanimanja kao što
su menadžerska zanimanja te se u suvremeno doba stres još naziva i menadžerska bolest. U
posljednjem dijelu rada prikazani su načini upravljanja stresom u poduzeću, kako individualni tako
i organizacijski načini. Veliku ulogu u upravljanju stresom ima odjel upravljanja ljudskim
potencijalima koji može pomoći otkloniti stres, ali ga i pogoršati ukoliko svoj posao ne obavlja
adekvatno. |
Abstract (english) | Stress is a phenomenon that we encounter more and more in often times. There is almost no person
who has not experienced a stressful event in their lifetime. As we live in an age that lives fast so
our work becomes more dynamic and demanding. Workers are required to do much longer, be
more dedicated, have more knowledge and skills which leads to stress. In both business and private
life, we are exposed to stress, which is unavoidable phenomenon nowadays.
The graduate thesis consists of three main parts which deals with concept of stress, stress in
business and stress management within the business. The aim of this graduate thesis is to show
negative effect of stress on employees.
The first part of the paper deal with the concept of stress, development of stress through history,
sources of stress and types of stress by duration and strength. Furthermore, the notion of stress
within the business and the impact of the business on the occurrences od stress ae addressed. The
graduate thesis explains the sources of stress within a business that can be individual, group and
organizational. There are various ways to prevent stress that can be undertaken by the individual
himself to help him deal with stressful situations. The effects of stress can be various, of course
negative both towards the employee and towards the organization. For an employee, as a result,
burnout can occur by prolonged exposure to stress, while the company may deal with various costs
and losses if it does not prevent stress between employees. The graduate thesis also explains the
concept of stress as a modern disease that can affect very stressful occupations such as managerial
occupations, and in modern times stress is also called managerial illness. The last part of the
graduate thesis presents the ways of stress management in business, both individual and
organizational ways. A great role in stress management is plays by the human resources
department, which can help eliminate stress, but also make it worse if it does not do its job
adequately. |
