Abstract Poslovni procesi u svim organizacijskim sustavima su zbog unutrašnjih i vanjskih zahtjeva
podložni promjenama i nužnim poboljšanjima.
analiza poslovnih procesa s ciljem otkrivanja uskih grla i nedostataka poslovnih procesa i
(opskrbnog lanca i logistike), ustanoviti njihove prednosti i nedostatke i predložiti poboljšanja
temeljem izabranih internih i eksternih kriterija. Proces analize proveden je upotrebom dvije grupe
procesnih dijagrama; EPC dijagram i BPMN dijagram. EPC notacija predstavlja lanac procesa
vođen događajima, dok BPMN označava grafički prikaz za određivanje poslovnih procesa u
modelu poslovnih procesa.
Uključuje NUTRIS.farm™, NUTRIS.tech™ i NUTRIS.me™
poslovni proces tvrtke.. Pojašnjavanje trenutnog procesa koristi „As-Is“ metodu, dok se u
poboljšanom procesu koristi „To Be“ metoda.
Abstract (english) Due to internal and external requirements, business processes in all organizational systems are
subject to changes and necessary improvements. In particular, it applies to organisational and
business systems that are in the early stages of their growth and development. The subject of this
paper is an analysis of business processes with the aim of detecting bottlenecks and shortcomings
of business processes and proposals for their improvement. The immediate aim of the paper was
to conduct an analysis of business processes in a relatively young manufacturing company to
conduct an analysis of key business macroprocesses (supply chain and logistics), to determine their
strengths and weaknesses and to propose improvements based on selected internal and external
criteria. The analysis process was carried out using two groups of process diagrams: EPC diagram
and BPMN diagram. EPC notation represents an event-driven process chain, while BPMN denotes
a graphical representation for determining business processes in a business process model. The
diagrams were used to describe the existing processes with the aim of identifying defects, after
which improvements were proposed and improved processes were re-presented.
The paper is divided into six chapters, starting with basic theoretical assumptions for managing
business processes. Then, business analysis and its purpose, as well as performance and
optimization of business processes, are described. After that, processes in supply chains, logistics
and distribution were defined. The influence of the supply chain for the company was highlighted
because proper management improves its operations. Furthermore, the business of Nutris ™,
founded in 2019, which offers a food, innovative and sustainable concept with an emphasis on
plant production, using the principles of the circular economy, is described. It includes
NUTRIS.farm ™, NUTRIS. tech ™ and NUTRIS.me ™ branches where “farm” is a branch
responsible for finding subcontractors and raw materials, and “tech” is a branch responsible for
the product business process. Furthermore, the sources of distribution channels and the long-term
strategy selected by Nutris ™ in view of the foreseeable strategic future as well as geographical
location are presented in theory. After that, using EPC and BPMN notations, the company's
business process was analysed. The explanation of the current process uses the “as-is” method,
while the “to be” method is used in the improved process. Finally, it emphasises the importanceof
self-sustainability and finding alternative sources of plant-based food, as well as reducing the
consumption of animal proteins while increasing the production of plant-based protein worldwide.
It also stressed the importance of reducing the negative impact on the environment, as well as the
importance of preserving the environment for future generations.
