Abstract
Okruženje poduzeća ili okolina jeste skup činitelja koji svojim aktivnostima djeluju na poslovanje poduzeća, a time i na strategije budućeg razvoja. Okruženje možemo podijeliti na eksterno (opća i poslovna okolina) i interno (organizacijska struktura, organizacijska kultura i resursi). Nakon definiranja i analize okruženja prikupljaju se informacije koje stvaraju osnovu za strateško planiranje. Izvanredna situacija odnosno pandemija koronavirusa imala je veliki utjecaj i na vanjsko i unutarnje okruženje svakog poslovnog subjekta. Ovaj rad je na primjeru multinacionalne tvrtke Atlantic grupe d.d. pokazao važnost praćenja i prilagodbe organizacije promjenama u okruženju. U radu je pokazano kako je pandemija utjecala na poslovanje tvrtke, na koje izazove je naišla te koje su strateške odluke donesene u borbi s tim izazovima.
Abstract (english)
The environment of the company or the environment is a set of factors whose activities affect the business of the company, and thus the strategies of future development. The environment can be divided into external (general and business environment) and internal (organizational structure, organizational culture and resources). After defining and analyzing the environment, information is collected that forms the basis for strategic planning. The emergency situation or coronavirus pandemic had a great impact on the external and internal environment of each business entity. This paper is based on the example of the multinational company Atlantic Group d.d. demonstrated the importance of monitoring and adapting the organization to changes in the environment. The paper showed how the pandemic affected the company's operations, what challenges it encountered and what strategic decisions were made in the fight against these challenges.
