Abstract
U današnjem društvu mnogo se toga vrti oko društvenih mreža, zbog navedenog svrha rada je sumirati informacije vezane uz odnose s javnošću i društvene mreže te pobuditi akademski interes na navedenu temu. Danas, društvene mreže omogućuju organizacijama da se uključe u simetričnu dijalošku komunikaciju s pojedincima. Neosporna je činjenica kako različite organizacije sve više koriste različite društvene medije kako bi poboljšale vidljivost i odnose s javnošću. Cilj rada je spojiti društvene mreže i odnose s javnošću. Rad je napravljen na osnovu analize prikupljene literature, članaka te web stranica. Od pojave interneta i društvenih medija odnosi s javnošću doživjeli su velike promjene. Jedna od prednosti je svakako činjenica kako se potrošači danas mogu izravno povezati s tvrtkama putem društvenih medija i na taj način olakšati posao stručnjaka za odnose s javnošću. Društveni mediji temelj su današnjeg društva i teško je zamisliti da se nešto ne odvija putem društvenih mreža tako i odnosi s javnošću.
Abstract (english)
In today's society, a lot of things revolve around social networks, so the purpose of this paper is to summarize information related to public relations and social networks and to arouse academic interest in this topic. Today, social networks allow organizations to engage in symmetrical dialogic communication with individuals. It is an indisputable fact that different organizations are increasingly using different social media to improve visibility and public relations. The aim of the paper is to connect social networks and public relations. The paper is based on the analysis of collected literature, articles and websites. Since the advent of the Internet and social media, public relations has undergone major changes. One of the advantages is certainly the fact that consumers today can connect directly with companies through social media and thus facilitate the work of public relations professionals. Social media is the foundation of today's society and it is hard to imagine that something does not take place through social networks and public relations.
