Abstract
Cilj ovoga rada je kroz istraživanje znanstvene literature istražiti važnost oblikovanja proizvoda i usluga te utvrditi koje se metode koriste prilikom oblikovanja proizvoda, a koje prilikom oblikovanja usluga. Istraživanjem primjera iz prakse nastoji se doći do zaključka što je to što razdvaja uspješno oblikovanje od neuspješnog. Rad započinje uvodom nakon kojeg slijedi metodologija rada. Treće poglavlje odnosi se na teorijsku podlogu i prethodna istraživanja, a u četvrtom poglavlju predstavljeni su primjeri iz prakse te preporuke za unapređenje. U petom poglavlju napisana je rasprava, a rad završava zaključkom nakon kojeg slijedi korištena literatura te popis slika i tablica. Provedenim istraživanjem došlo se do zaključka što je to što čini oblikovanje proizvoda uspješnim, a što dovodi do neuspjeha.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to investigate the importance of designing products and services through the research of scientific literature and to determine which methods are used when designing products and which methods are used when designing services. By researching examples from practice, we try to conclude what it is that separates successful design from unsuccessful. The paper begins with an introduction, followed by the methodology of the work. The third chapter refers to the theoretical background and previous research, and the fourth chapter presents examples from practice and recommendations for improvement. In the fifth chapter, a discussion is written, and the paper ends with a conclusion, followed by the literature used and a list of figures and tables. The research conducted led to the conclusion of what makes product design successful and what leads to failure.
