Abstract
Vinkoprom d.o.o. obiteljsko je poduzeće osnovano u Vinkovcima koje posljednjih trideset godina uspješno posluje na prostoru Istočne regije Republike Hrvatske. Vinkoprom d.o.o. jedno je od najvećih poduzeća s maloprodajnim poslovnim prostorima neprehrambenih i građevinskih artikala i veleprodajnim objektima na području Slavonije. Svojim trudom i radom razvijaju poslovanje zajedno s potrebama tržišta, stvaraju motivirajuću radnu atmosferu, ostvaruju misiju i viziju uočavajući potrebe tržišta, prikazuju i nude raznovrstan prodajni program, zadovoljavaju zahtjeve kupaca i ostvaruju mnogobrojna partnerstva. Odabrana tema prikazuje i objašnjava teorijsku podlogu temeljnih financijskih izvještaja, postupke analize istoimenih izvješća te financijske pokazatelje kojeg se u praktičnom dijelu prikazuje iz relevantnih informacija Vinkoprom-a. Kako bi poduzeće uspješno poslovalo i kako bi odluke bile kvalitetne bitno je u svakome trenutku razumjeti sadašnje stanje poduzeća. Tome doprinose navedeni financijski izvještaji bez kojih ne postoji efikasna kontrola i nadgledanje poslovanja. U periodu od 2016. godine do 2020. godine, analizirat će se: bilanca, račun dobiti i gubitka te financijski pokazatelji. Njihovom primjenom donose se odgovarajuće odluke i ciljevi za budućnost poduzeća. a uporabom kojih se donose odluke i budući ciljevi za poduzeće. Po završetku provedenih financijskih analiza predočava se financijsko stanje Vinkoprom-a za razdoblje od pet godina.
Abstract (english)
Vinkoprom d.o.o. is a family company founded in Vinkovci, which has been successfully operating in the Eastern region of the Republic of Croatia for the last thirty years. Vinkoprom d.o.o. is one of the largest companies with retail business premises of non-food and construction items and wholesale facilities in Slavonia. Through their efforts and work, they develop business together with the needs of the market, create a motivating work atmosphere, achieve mission and vision by perceiving market needs, present and offer a diverse sales program, meet customer requirements and achieve numerous partnerships. The selected topic shows and explains the theoretical basis of the financial reports, the analysis procedures of the reports of the same name, and the financial indicators that are presented in the practical part from the relevant information of Vinkoprom. In order for the company to operate successfully and for decisions of high quality, it is important to understand the current state of the company at all times. The mentioned financial statements contribute to this, without which there is no effective control and monitoring of business operations. From 2016 to 2020, the following will be analyzed: the balance sheet, the received account and loss, and financial indicators. By applying them, appropriate decisions and goals for the future of the company are made. and using which decisions and future goals for the company are made. Upon completion of the financial analysis, the financial condition of Vinkoprom for a period of five years is predicted.
