Abstract
Mala i srednja poduzeća velika su većina u gotovo svim gospodarstvima svijeta, a zapošljavaju više od 60% od ukupnog broja zaposlenih. Inovativnim idejama doprinose razvoju inovativnosti u društvu. Mala su poduzeća sklonija prihvaćanju promjena i lakše se prilagođavaju promjenama.Kako bi se pokrenuo poslovni pothvat koji će imati uspješno poslovanje, potrebno je prije započinjanja poslovnog pothvata napisati poslovni plan, koji je ključan za provođenje poslovnog pothvata jer donosi temeljit prikaz ideja i ciljeva koji se namjeravaju realizirati. Iako je ovaj plan od najveće koristi poduzetniku, on je često i obveza koji poduzetnik mora ispuniti prije no što krene s pokretanjem poslovnog pothvata. Investitor poslovnog pothvata opisanog u radu pokreće obrt koji će se baviti djelatnostima čišćenja. Specifičnost ovog servisa je korištenje visokotlačnih čistača u svojim poslovnim aktivnostima. Servis za čišćenje visokotlačnim čistačem će pružati usluge temeljitog čišćenja svih površina i predmeta, kao i dezinfekcije i održavanja.
Abstract (english)
Small and medium-sized enterprises are the vast majority in almost all economies of the world, and they employ more than 60% of the total number of employees. With innovative ideas, they contribute to the development of innovation in society. Small businesses are more inclined to accept changes and adapt to changes more easily. In order to start a business venture that will have successful operations, it is necessary to write a business plan before starting the business venture, which is crucial for the implementation of the business venture because it provides a thorough presentation of the ideas and goals that are intended to be realized. Although this plan is of the greatest benefit to the entrepreneur, it is often also an obligation that the entrepreneur must fulfill before starting a business venture. The investor of the business venture described in the paper starts a business that will deal with cleaning activities. The specificity of this service is the use of high-pressure cleaners in its business activities. The high-pressure cleaning service will provide thorough cleaning of all surfaces and objects, as well as disinfection and maintenance.
