Abstract
Završni rad se temelji na proslovnom komuniciranju koje je u današnje vrijeme znatno olakšano i na istraživanju procesa globalizacije te se nastoji odgovoriti na pitanje koja je uloga poslovne komunikacije u procesu globalizacije. Komunikacija je žila kucavica globalizacije koja održava planetu Zemlju na životu. Komunikacijski sustav pomaže pri razumijevanju raznih čimbenika te analiziranjem informacija koje dolaze do osobe. Osobi se tako olakšava razumjeti i dokučiti poruku bližnje osobe ili samoga sebe. Razvitak poslovnog komunikacijskog znanja i odnos sa službenicima, podrazumijeva uspješnost pri samom pristupanju s menadžerima, stimuliranju i educiranju zaposlenika i postizanju učinkovitosti, kompetitivnosti i ne tako manje važne inovativnosti koje utječu na potencijal vlastitog razvoja. Često nismo svjesni koliko je komunikacijski sustav „snažan“ i „moćan“ te koliko važnu ulogu ima u svakom našem koraku. Komunikacija je proces koji se razvijao paralelno s razvojem globalizacije. Globalizacija predstavlja veliku promjenu u svijetu koja se proteže kroz ekonomske, političke, kulturne, socijalne te demografske aspekte čime je rezultirala „smanjenje“ svijeta.
Abstract (english)
The final work is based on much easier proverbial communication and on the research of the globalization process and it also seeks to answer the question of what is the role of business communication in the globalization process. Communication is the "lifeblood of globalization" that keeps planet Earth alive. A communication system helps in understanding various factors and analyzing the information that comes to a person. It also makes it easier for a person to understand and grasp the message of a close person or himself. The development of business communication knowledge and the relationship with employees, implies success in approaching managers, stimulating and educating employees and achieving efficiency, competitiveness and not less important innovations that affect the potential of their own development. We are often unaware of how "powerful" the communication system is and how important it is in our every move. Communication is a process that has developed in parallel with the globalization development. Globalization represents a major change in the world that extends through economic, political, cultural, social and demographic aspects, resulting in a "reduction" of the world.
