Abstract
Osiguranje plovila dio je pomorskog osiguranja. Pomorskim osiguranjem osiguravaju se brod, jahta, brodica ili bilo koji drugi plovni objekt, ali i roba, kontejneri, vozarina, troškovi i ostale povezane stvari. Pri pomorskom osiguranju razlikuju se tri osnovne vrste, a to su kargo osiguranje (koje se odnosi na osiguranje tereta u transportu, primjerice), kasko osiguranje (dobrovoljno osiguranje koje se odnosi na osiguranje trupa) te klupsko osiguranje u kojemu klubovi pokrivaju odgovornost brodara. Pomorsko osiguranje u Republici Hrvatskoj zakonodavno je regulirano ugovorima, zakonima te uredbama i direktivama. Vrste osiguranja plovila uključuje osiguranje raznih plovila vezano za pomorsku, riječnu i jezersku plovidbu, osiguranje plovila u izgradnji, osiguranje platformi za istraživanje podmorja i platformi za iskorištavanje plina. U radu se analizira kretanje hrvatskog tržišta osiguranja plovila u razdoblju od 2017. do 2021. godine.
Abstract (english)
Marine insurance is part of transportation insurance. Marine insurance insures a ship, yacht, boat or other watercrafts, as well as goods, containers, cargo, costs and other related items. There are three basic types of marine insurance, namely cargo insurance (which refers to the insurance of goods in transit, for example), hull insurance (a voluntary insurance policy that refers to hull insurance), and club insurance, in which clubs assume the liability of shippers. Marine insurance is regulated by law in the Republic of Croatia through contracts, laws, regulations and directives. Types of vessel insurance include insurance of various vessels related to sea, river and lake navigation, insurance of vessels under construction, insurance of platforms for undersea exploration and platforms for gas exploitation. The paper analyzes the Croatian marine insurance market for the period from 2017 to 2021.
