Abstract
Analiza financijskih izvještaja provodi se pomoću podataka iz financijskih izvještaja te se dobivaju informacije potrebne za donošenje poslovnih odluka i planiranje. Temeljni financijski izvještaji su bilanca, račun dobiti i gubitka, izvještaj o novčanom toku, izvještaj o promjeni kapitala te bilješke uz financijske izvještaje. Najvažnije analize koje se provode u svrhu dobivanja informacija iz financijskih izvještaja su horizontalna analiza, vertikalna analiza te analiza financijskih pokazatelja. Horizontalna analiza prikazuje tendenciju i dinamiku promjena pozicija tijekom više obračunskih razdoblja, dok vertikalna analiza prikazuje strukturu financijskih izvještaja tijekom jednog obračunskog razdoblja. Financijskim pokazateljima stavljamo u omjer određene elemente iz financijskih izvještaja te dobiveni rezultati služe kao podloga za donošenje poslovnih odluka. Osnovni financijski pokazatelji analizirani u radu su: pokazatelji likvidnosti, aktivnosti, profitabilnosti, zaduženosti i ekonomičnosti. Franck d.d. jedno je od vodećih hrvatskih poduzeća koji proizvode i izvoze prehrambene proizvode. Njihova glavna djelatnost je proizvodnja kave, čajeva i grickalica. Počeli su prije 130 godina te i danas nastavljaju razvijati svoje poslovanje te pružati svojim potrošačima kvalitetne proizvode. U radu, analizirani su temeljni financijski izvještaji poduzeća Franck d.d., odnosno bilanca, račun dobiti i gubitka i izvještaj o novčanom toku za razdoblje od 2017. godine do 2020. godine. Provedena je horizontalna analiza i vertikalna analiza navedenih izvještaja društva te su analizirani financijski pokazatelji na temelju podataka iz bilance i računa dobiti i gubitka. Na temelju provedenih analiza financijskih izvještaja te financijskih pokazatelja, doneseni su zaključci o uspješnosti i sigurnosti poslovanja poduzeća Franck d.d. u razdoblju od 2017. godine do 2020. godine.
Abstract (english)
The analysis of financial statements is carried out using data from the financial statements and the information necessary for business decision-making and planning is obtained. The underlying financial statements are the balance sheet, the income statement, the statement of cash flow, the statement of change of capital and the notes to the financial statements. The most important analyses carried out for the purpose of obtaining information from financial statements are horizontal analysis, vertical analysis, and analysis of financial indicators. Horizontal analysis shows the tendency and dynamics of changes in positions over multiple accounting periods, while vertical analysis shows the structure of financial statements during a single accounting period. Financial indicators put certain elements in the financial statements in proportion and the results obtained serve as a basis for making business decisions. The basic financial indicators analyzed in the paper are indicators of liquidity, activity, profitability, indebtedness, and economy. Franck d.d. is one of the leading Croatian companies that produce and export food products. Their main activity is the production of coffee, teas, and snacks. They started 130 years ago and continue to grow their business and provide their consumers with quality products. The paper analyzes the basic financial statements of Franck d.d., i.e., the balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement for the period from 2017 to 2020. Horizontal analysis and vertical analysis of the company's stated statements were carried out and financial indicators were analyzed based on balance sheet data and the income statement data. Based on the analyses of the financial statements and financial indicators, conclusions were drawn on the performance and security of Franck d.d. operations between 2017 and 2020.
