Abstract
Kompenzacije predstavljaju ukupnu nagradu koju zaposlenici primaju od strane poslodavca za svoj obavljeni rad. Kompenzacije mogu biti materijalne, izravne ili neizravne, i nematerijalne. Neke kompenzacije su zakonski obvezujuće, poput plaće, dok je većina njih dobrovoljno ponuđena od strane poslodavaca. Tako poslodavci mogu ponuditi fleksibilno radno vrijeme ili pak rad od kuće kako bi svojim zaposlenicima ponudili veći izbor kompenzacija što bi ih u konačnici više motiviralo za daljnji rad. Upravo se u ovom radu analiziraju kompenzacije zaposlenika IT industrije na području grada Osijeka. IT industrija grada Osijeka nudi brojna radna mjesta, posluje s klijentima s raznih strana svijeta, uz pomoć Grada razvija IT Park te u konačnici nudi svojim zaposlenicima brojne kako materijalne tako i nematerijalne kompenzacije. Cilj ovoga rada je utvrditi koje kompenzacije primaju zaposlenici iz IT djelatnosti na području grada Osijeka te kakvih su karakteristika te kompenzacije. Također u radu je prikazano kretanje visine primanja zaposlenika u periodu od 2017. do 2021. godine u izabranim tvrtkama IT djelatnosti s područja grada Osijeka.
Abstract (english)
Compensation represents the total reward that employees receive for their work from the employer. Compensations can be tangible, direct or indirect, and intangible. Some compensations are set by law, such as salary, while most of them are an employer's offer. Employers can offer their employees flexible working hours or work at home to more motivate them. In this graduation thesis, the autor analiyzed of employee compensations in the IT industry in the city of Osijek. The IT industry in the city of Osijek offers numerous jobs, works with clients from various parts of the world, develops an IT Park with help of the City, and offers its employees numerous tangible and intangible compensations. The aim of the graduation thesis is to determine which compensations IT employees in Osijek receive and which are the characteristics of these compensations. The movement of employee salaries in period from 2017 to 2021 in selected IT companies from the city of Osijek is shown.
