Abstract
Obiteljsko poduzetništvo kao vlasnički oblik proizvodno-uslužne organizacije poslovanja važno je za cijelokupno gospodarstvo Republike Hrvatske. Oblici obiteljskog poduzeća su: obrti, zadruge, trgovačka društva, djelatnosti slobodnog zanimanja, a najpoznatiji oblik su obiteljsko poljoprivredna gospodarstva. Resursi obiteljskih poduzeća koriste se kao konkurentska snaga, a to su financijski resursi, ljudski potencijali, organizacijski resursi i resursi uvaženosti i dobrog glasa. Svi navedeni resursi pomažu boljem razvitku obiteljskog poduzetništva u Hrvatskoj. Obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo je kao što i sam naziv govori, gospodarstvo u kojem se poljoprivredom bave članovi obitelji. Djelatnosti OPG-a mogu biti primarne i dopunske. Primarna djelatnost je bavljenje poljoprivredom, a dopunske djelatnosti su sve djelatnosti koje su usko povezane s poljoprivredom. U Hrvatskoj u 2023. godini djeluje preko 160 000 obiteljsko poljoprivrednih gospodarstava, a za potrebe rada proveden je intervju sa jednim obiteljsko poljoprivrednim gospodarstvom iz Vukovarsko-srijemske županije. Intervju je potvrdio važnost poljoprivrede kao djelatnosti u lokalnoj zajednici i u nacionalnom gospodarstvu, te koliko je važno u nju ulagati.
Abstract (english)
Family entrepreneurship as a proprietary form of production-service business organization is important for the entire economy of the Republic of Croatia. Forms of family business are: trades, cooperatives, trading companies, self-employed activities, and the most common form are family farms. The resources of family businesses are used as a competitive strength, namely financial resources, human resources, organizational resources and resources of respectability and good reputation. All of the mentioned resources help the better development of family entrepreneurship in Croatia. A family farm is, as the name suggests, a farm where family members are engaged in farming. OPG's activities can be primary and supplementary. The primary activity is farming, and supplementary activities are all activities that are closely related to agriculture. There are currently over 160,000 family farms in Croatia, and for the purposes of the work, an interview was conducted with one family farm from the Vukovar-Srijem County. The interview confirms how important agriculture actually is in the local community and in the country itself, and how important it is to invest in it.
