Abstract
Svaki poslovni subjekt koji posluje mora sastavljati financijska izvješća. Glavni cilj ovog završnog rada je analizirati poslovanje poduzeća „Emka okovi“ te procijeniti poslovanje tvrtke iz djelatnosti metalurgije. Analizirajući godišnje izvještaje u vremenskom periodu 2020.-2022., utvrđena su temeljna pitanja profitabilnosti poduzeća, prihodi/rashodi, struktura imovine te trošak tvrtke na vlastite obveze. Horizontalnom analizom, ustanovljena je rastuća kratkotrajna imovina poduzeća u svim zabilježenim razdobljima. Ukupni kapital u stalnom je porastu kroz promatrane godine, a kapitalne obveze su u konstantom padu te se na osnovu toga utvrđuje da je likvidnost tvrtke u pozitivnom rastu. Poslovni i financijski te kao i ukupni prihodi, također bilježe povećanje u svim promatranim razdobljima. Promatrajući analize u strukturi pasive, najveći udio čini kapital i rezerve. Promatrana tvrtka prema izračunatim financijskim pokazateljima, ima pozitivno poslovanje, nije ostvarila gubitak niti u jednom od promatranih razdoblja te 2020. godina koja je bila pod utjecajem globalne pandemije, nije pretjerano utjecala na poslovanje ove tvrtke.
Abstract (english)
Every business entity that operates must prepare financial statements. The main objective of this final paper is to analyze the operations of the company "Emka okovi" and evaluate the performance of the company in the metallurgy industry. By analyzing the annual reports in the time period from 2020 to 2022, fundamental questions of company profitability, income/expenses, asset structure, and the company's cost of own obligations were determined. Through horizontal analysis, a growing short-term asset of the company was found in all recorded periods. The total capital is constantly increasing over the observed years, while the capital obligations are consistently decreasing, indicating a positive liquidity growth for the company. Business, financial, and total revenues also show an increase in all observed periods. Analyzing the passive structure, capital and reserves make up the largest share. The observed company, according to the calculated financial indicators, has a positive performance, has not incurred any losses in any of the observed periods, and the year 2020, which was influenced by the global pandemic, did not significantly impact the business of this company.
