Abstract
U privatnom i poslovnom životu komunikacija je ključna. Kako bismo lakše mogli stupiti u kontakt s drugom osobom potrebno je znanje o pravilima komunikacije. Oblike komuniciranja dijelimo na verbalnu i neverbalnu komunikaciju. Nužno je promatrati govor tijela, izraz lica, intonaciju glasa, držanje tijela te općenito slušanje druge osobe za vrijeme procesa komunikacije kako bi razgovor između dvaju sugovornika tekao što jednostavnije i razumnije. U poslovnom okruženju nužno je da menadžeri budu... More spremni na razvijanje mogućih konflikata te rješavanje istih ukoliko se pojave. Konflikti su dobrodošli kako u privatnom, tako i u poslovnom životu jer na taj način izražavamo nezadovoljstvo ili određenu vrstu neslaganja. Na taj način drugoj osobi ukazujemo na određene stvari koje bi se trebale promijeniti kako bi nastao sklad u privatnom ili u poslovnom odnosu. Također je za organizaciju važno znati koja je naša uloga unutar organizacije kako bismo mogli provoditi pravilnu komunikaciju s obzirom na mreže komunikacije koje postoje unutar organizacije. Razlikujemo vertikalnu komunikaciju od gore prema dolje, vertikalnu komunikaciju od dolje prema gore te horizontalnu komunikaciju. Ukoliko znamo našu ulogu u organizaciji lakše je prenositi informacije točno znajući koje i kakve informacije se prenose s vrha prema dnu i isto tako s dna prema vrhu. Osim uloge, moramo odrediti i kojim stilom komunikacije ćemo se koristiti. Nužno je odrediti koji stil komunikacije je prikladan za koju situaciju, a razlikujemo asertivni, agresivni te submisivni, odnosno pasivni stil. Less
Abstract (english)
In private and business life, communication is key. In order to be able to get in touch with another person more easily, we need knowledge about the rules of communication. Forms of communication are divided into verbal and non-verbal communication. It is necessary to observe body language, facial expression, voice intonation, body posture and generally listening to the other person during the communication process so that the conversation between the two interlocutors runs as simply and... More reasonably as possible. In a business environment, it is necessary for managers to be ready to resolve conflicts if they arise. Conflicts are welcome both in private and business life, because in this way we express dissatisfaction or a certain type of disagreement. In this way, we point out to the other person certain things that should be changed in order to create harmony in a private or business relationship. It is also important for the organization to know what our role is within the organization so that we can carry out proper communication with regard to the communication networks that exist within the organization. We distinguish between vertical communication from top to bottom, vertical communication from bottom to top, and horizontal communication. If we know our role in the organization, it is easier to transmit information, knowing exactly what kind of information is transmitted from the top to the bottom and also from the bottom to the top. In addition to the role, we must also determine which communication style we will use.
