Abstract | U ovom završnom radu istražuju se kanali e-bankarstva i njihova povezanost s hardverskim komponentama u bankarskom sektoru. To uključuje POS uređaje, pametne telefone, kartice s mikročipom i biometrijske uređaje. Kanali ebankarstva pružaju korisnicima mogućnost brzog i praktičnog pristupa bankarskim uslugama, dok hardverske komponente osiguravaju sigurnost i autentičnost tijekom transakcija. |
Abstract (english) | This final paper examines e-banking channels and their relationship to hardware components in the banking industry. Modern banking increasingly relies on electronic channels to provide faster and more convenient services to users. By analyzing various e-banking channels such as Internet banking, mobile banking, telephone banking, TV banking, and ATMs, their role in providing various banking services is examined. In addition, special attention is given to the hardware components that support these channels. These include POS devices, smartphones, smart cards, and biometric devices. These hardware elements provide security and reliability for banking transactions and facilitate user authentication. Their functionalities, benefits, and challenges in the context of e-banking are examined in detail. E-banking channels provide users with the ability to access banking services quickly and conveniently, while hardware components ensure security and authenticity during transactions. However, we face challenges such as data security and the need for continuous hardware innovation to improve e-banking. This paper therefore presents guidelines for the further development of e-banking, including the integration of advanced technologies such as biometrics and the improvement of data security. It also highlights the importance of user education to take full advantage of e-banking channels and hardware components. In summary, this paper provides a comprehensive overview of e-banking channels and hardware components in banking. It also provides guidelines for banking institutions and users to successfully use these technologies, taking into account security, privacy, and adaptation to new technological innovations. |
