Abstract | Predmet rada jest utjecaj organizacijske strukture na ponašanje zaposlenika. Cilj je proučiti
strukture i način njihova formiranja, sagledati ustrojstvo grupe te povući paralelu između
ponašanja zaposlenika i organizacijske strukture u kojoj se nalaze. Nakon uvodnog dijela,
proučavat će se metodologija rada i način dokazivanja postavljene teme. U trećoj cjelini objasnit
će se pojam organizacijske strukture i dimenzija iz kojih nastaje te opisati najčešće strukture u
poduzećima: jednostavna, matrična i birokratska. U radu je obrađen koncept te prednosti i
nedostaci, navedene su osnovne razlike u strukturi pomoću kojih se dolazi do srži rada, a to je
ponašanje zaposlenika u organizaciji. Rad se bazira na grupama u organizaciji, s obzirom da je
svaka grupa pod utjecajem individualnog ponašanja zaposlenika, te utječe na rad grupe. Grupa
je definirana i objašnjen je način formiranja, te modeli prema kojima nastaje. Organizacijska
struktura uvelike utječe na ponašanje zaposlenika. S obzirom na kvalitete i znanja kojima
raspolaže zaposlenik, on će težiti poduzeću s uvjerenjima sličnim njegovima, a na menadžeru
je da zna prepoznati pravu osobu za svoje poduzeće. Bitno je da zaposlenik ima kvalitete koje
će odgovarati poziciji i strukturi radnog mjesta kako u budućnosti ne bi dolazilo do sukoba
interesa, jer osobnost, kvaliteta i znanje utječu na grupu u kojoj se nalazi, a samim time i na cilj
poduzeća. |
Abstract (english) | The subject of this paper is the influence of organizational structure on employee behaviour. The
goal is to provide structures and the way they are formed, to look at the existence of the group
and to connect the paralysis between their behavior and the organizational structure in which
they are located. After the introductory part, the methodology of the work and ways of proving
the set topic are studied. In the third part, the concept of organizational structure and the
dimensions from which it is created is explained, it also presents the most common structures
in companies: simple, matrix and bureaucratic, and it presents the appearance and advantages
and disadvantages, the differences in the structure are considered, and we come to the core of
the work, which is the behavior of employees in organization. The work is based on groups in
the organization, given that each group is influenced by the individual behavior of the
employees and influences their work. The group is defined and the method of formation and
the models according to which it is formed are explained. The organizational structure greatly
influences the behavior of employees, considering the qualities and knowledge that the
employee has, he will tend to the company with principles similar to his own, and it is up to the
manager to know how to recognize the right person for his company, who will correspond to
the position and structure, so that there will be no conflict of interest in the future because
personality, quality and knowledge affect the group in which one is, and thus the company's
goal. |
