Abstract
Materijalne kompenzacije predstavljaju prava koja su zaposlenicima zbog njihova rada i truda omogućena u financijskom obliku, dok nematerijalne kompenzacije predstavljaju nefinancijski oblik nagrađivanja u poduzeću. Plaća kao najbitnija stavka materijalnih kompenzacija je određena Zakonom o radu, a ostale materijalne kompenzacije i prava koje ostvaruju zaposlenici se određuju pomoću kolektivnog ugovora koji nastaje pregovorima između svih zaposlenika i poslodavca. Zbog toga je nastao veliki broj metoda koje služe za ocjenjivanje zaposlenika, te se na taj način omogućuje najefikasnije odabiranje, nagrađivanje i motiviranje točno odabranih zaposlenika. Poduzeće HOPS d.d. također ima određen kolektivni ugovor koji se temelji na Zakonu o radu te su u njemu detaljno prikazan i opisan sustav nagrađivanja zaposlenika te je u ovome radu detaljnije prikazan taj kolektivni ugovor te zadovoljstvo zaposlenika materijalnim i nematerijalnim kompenzacijama koje su im omogućene.
Abstract (english)
Material compensations represent rights that are provided to employees in financial form due to their work and effort, while non-material compensations represent a non-financial form of reward in the company. Salary, as the most important item of material compensation, is determined by the Labor Law, and other material compensation and rights exercised by employees are determined by means of a collective agreement that is created through negotiations between all employees and the employer. This is why a large number of methods have been created that serve to evaluate employees, and in this way it is possible to select, reward and motivate precisely selected employees in the most efficient way. Company HOPS d.d. also has a specific collective agreement based on the Labor Law, in which the employee reward system is presented and described in detail, and in this paper, this collective agreement and employee satisfaction with the material and non-material compensation provided to them are presented in more detail.
