Abstract
Poslovni model predstavlja strateški plan poduzeća koji opisuje način na koji poduzeće ostvaruje svoje prihode od prodaje svojih proizvoda i/ili usluga. Dobar je pokazatelj načina na koji se poduzeće planira boriti sa konkurencijom prisutnom na tržištu. Metode kreiranja poslovnih modela za svoj krajnji cilj imaju promjene u modelima poslovanja i stvaranje dodanih vrijednosti što razlikuje poduzeća prisutna na tržištu. U ovom diplomskom radu pobliže je definiran je pojam poslovnog modela. Iako postoji veliki broj raznih definicija, u ovom radu poslovni model će biti objašnjen prema tumačenju poslovnog modela Barringera i Irelanda (2010) i Osterwaldera i Pignuera (2014). Nakon toga, objašnjen je pojam platna poslovnog modela, kao i svi njegovi elementi Pojašnjeni su i obrasci poslovnog modela i njihove karakteristike, a potom su navedene i objašnjene metode kreiranja poslovnih modela. Nadalje, posljednji dijelovi rada, opisuju manje poznate, ali kreativne i inovativne metode u kreiranju poslovnih modela, a to su design thinking i Jugaad. U praktičnom dijelu rada prikazana je i primjena navedenih tehnika kreiranja novih poslovnih modela..
Abstract (english)
The business model represents the strategic plan of the company that describes the way in which the company generates its revenues from the sale of its products and/or services. It is a good indicator of the way in which the company plans to fight with the competition present on the market. The methods of creating business models have as their ultimate goal changes in business models and the creation of added values that distinguish companies present on the market. In this thesis, the term business model is defined in more detail. Although there are a large number of different definitions, in this paper the business model will be explained according to the interpretation of the business model by Barringer and Ireland (2010) and Osterwalder and Pignuer (2014). After that, the concept of the business model canvas was explained, in the sense that all its parts were separately defined and explained. After the business model canvas, the business model forms and their characteristics are listed, and then the methods of creating business models are listed and explained. Furthermore, the last parts of the paper describe less well-known, but creative and innovative methods in creating business models, namely design thinking and Jugaad, and finally the paper ends with a conclusion.
