Abstract
U svakoj državi bankarstvo ima i zauzima značajnu ulogu u financijskom sektoru. Gotovo svaka fizička i pravna osoba svakodnevno koristi neki bankarski proizvod ili neku bankarsku usluga. Uslijed stalnih tržišnih promjena mijenjaju se i očekivanja svih korisnika bankarskih proizvoda i usluga te je od iznimnog značaja praćenje, kako njihovih potreba tako i njihovog zadovoljstva, jer je zadovoljan korisnik garant dugoročne stabilnosti i održivosti tržišnog položaja svake banke. Uvođenje novih inovativnijih i kvalitetnijih bankarskih proizvoda i usluga ili poboljšanje postojećih u odnosu na konkurenciju osiguravaju zadržavanje postojećih i akviziciju potencijalnih novih klijenata. U završnom radu analizirana je bankarska ponuda te je ispitano zadovoljstvo korištenjem proizvoda i usluga koje pružaju hrvatske banke među studentskom populacijom kao specifičnom kategorijom bankarskih klijenata.
Abstract (english)
In every country, banking plays an important role in the financial sector. Almost every natural and legal person uses a banking product or service on a daily basis. As a result of constant market changes, the expectations of all users of banking products and services are also changing, and it is extremely important to monitor both their needs and their satisfaction, because a satisfied user is the guarantee of the long-term stability and sustainability of a bank's market position. The introduction of new, innovative and better quality banking products and services or the improvement of existing products and services compared to the competition ensure the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of potential new customers. In the final paper, the banking offer was analyzed and the satisfaction with the use of the products and services offered by Croatian banks among the student population as a special category of bank customers was examined.
