Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad istražuje različite tehnike manipulacije koje lideri koriste kako bi ostvarili svoje ciljeve i utjecali na svoje zaposlenike. Manipulacija je često percipirana kao negativna strategija i može imati značajne posljedice na organizacijsku dinamiku, moral zaposlenika i ukupnu uspješnost organizacije. Cilj rada je identificirati i analizirati specifične tehnike manipulacije koje lideri koriste, te razumjeti njihove motive, strategije i učinke. Teorijski dio rada uključuje... More definicije manipulacije, klasifikaciju različitih tehnika i strategija. Lideri koriste širok spektar manipulativnih tehnika, od prikrivenih psiholoških trikova do otvorenih oblika pritiska i kontrole. Nadalje, u radu će biti prikazano kako manipulacija nije nužno negativna. Ona ima svoje pozitivne strane. Lideri pozitivnu manipulaciju provode kroz motivacijske govore kojima nastoje potaknuti efikasnost zaposlenika što će djelovati pozitivno na tim i cjelokupnu organizaciju. Cilj ovog rada je razumijevanje i prepoznavanje tehnika manipulacije te kakav imaju utjecaj na zaposlenike i organizaciju. Less
Abstract (english)
This thesis explores the different manipulation techniques that leaders use to achieve their goals and influence their employees. Manipulation is often perceived as a negative strategy and can have significant consequences on organizational dynamics, employee morale and overall organizational performance. The aim of the paper is to identify and analyze specific manipulation techniques used by leaders, and to understand their motives, strategies and effects. The theoretical part of the... More work includes definitions of manipulation, classification of different techniques and strategies. Leaders use a wide range of manipulative techniques, from covert psychological tricks to overt forms of pressure and control. Furthermore, the paper will show that manipulation is not necessarily negative. It has its positive sides. Leaders carry out positive manipulation through motivational speeches in which they try to stimulate the efficiency of employees, which will have a positive effect on the team and the entire organization. The goal of this paper is to understand and recognize manipulation techniques and what impact they have on employees and the organization. Less
