Abstract
Upravljanje opskrbnim lancem obuhvaća skup poslovnih procesa, kojima je za cilj povezivanje dobavljača sa krajnjim korisnikom. U taj poslovni proces pripada i transportna djelatnost, koja služi kao posrednik između dobavljača i potrošača. Zadaća transporta je prevesti određenu robu iz jedne točne na drugu. On je i jedan od značajnijih logističkih distribucijskih procesa, kojem je cilj nadvladavanje prostornih i vremenskih ograničenja na način da poduzeće napravi što bolji posao i tako sebi osigura profit koji mu je nužno potreban za poslovanje. Jedan od važnih čimbenika transportne djelatnosti je upravljanje njegovim voznim parkom. Ono započinje od samog procesa nabave vozila, prati sve troškove vezane za ista, pa dalje seže sve do same organizacije transporta. U pisanju završnog rada služilo se teorijskim podacima vezanim za odabranu temu, prikupljenim uz pomoć različitih izvora literature i interneta te vlastitim promatranjem istog putem osobnog iskustva rada u navedenom poduzeću.
Abstract (english)
Supply chain management encompasses a set business processes, whose goal it is to connect the supplier with its end-users. Transportation also belongs within the scope of this business process, and serves as a mediator between the supplier and the user. The task of transport is to convey a certain amount of goods from one place to another. It is also one of the most significant logistic distribution processes, whose goal it is to overcome the limitations of space and time, so as to enable the firm to do a better job by ensuring profitability necessary for business. One of the most important factors of transport is the management of its fleet. This management starts with the process of vehicle purchase whose expenses it monitors and continues all the way to the organization of transport. While writing this bachelor’s thesis, theoretical data connected to the chosen subject has been used that was collected with the help of various secondary sources and the internet, as well as the personal observation of the process through work experience in the above mentioned company.
