Abstract
Uvoz kao glavni pojam u završnom radu označuje uvoz proizvoda, usluga ili poslovnih subjekata koji dolaze izvan države. Sam uvoz predstavlja dio međunarodne trgovine. Uvoz robe obično zahtijeva sudjelovanje carinskih vlasti, a često je predmet uvozne kvote, carine i trgovinskih sporazuma. U radu je detaljnije opisan postupak uvoza automobila poduzeća Statiprom d.o.o. Na tržištu postoje specijalizirana poduzeća i auto-kuće, koje nude uvoz automobila u Hrvatsku te rješavanje potrebne papirologije kako bi dobili željeni automobil. Ovakva poduzeća i auto-kuće za uvoz automobila ne preuzimaju nikakav rizik, te se automobil mora platiti njima unaprijed, te oni u pravilu ne daju nikakvo jamstvo za njega. Može se reći da je to sve stvar dogovora sa specijaliziranim poduzećem i auto-kućom za uvoz.
Abstract (english)
Imports as a main term in final work refers to the import of goods, services or business entities witch is coming from outside the country. Imports itself is part of international trade. Import of goods usually requires the participation of customs authorities and is often subject to import quotas, customs duties and trade agreements. The paper describes the process of car importing in Statiprom d.o.o. There are specialized companies and car dealers in the market that offer car import to Croatia and solve the required paperwork to get the car you want. These companies and automotive importers do not take any risk, and the car must be paid in advance, and they generally do not give any guarantee for it. It can be said that this is all matter of agreement with a specialized company and a car-house for import.
