Abstract
Institucije Republike Hrvatske osim kredita pružaju i druge vrste financiranja. S obzirom da je Republika Hrvatska bankocentrična zemlja subjektima se ipak teže odlučiti na alternativna sredstva financiranja. Pojavom leasinga 1990.-ih godina i nedavnog javljanja faktoringa u Republici Hrvatskoj započinje novo doba gdje se nedostatak regulacije leasinga i manji troškovi faktoringa iskorištavaju što je više moguće sve do javljanja strogih regulacija Hrvatske agencije za nadzor financijskih usluga. Cilj rada je na temelju statističkih podataka kao što su broj aktivnih ugovora, njihove ugovorene vrijednosti, kretanje broja leasing i faktoring društava analizirati njihov značaj za hrvatsko gospodarstvo. Također, nastoji se usporediti poslovanja ovakvih vrsta društava s onima iz Europe i s ostalim članicama Europske unije. Bitno je utvrditi u kojoj mjeri na poslovanja utječe Hrvatska agencija za nadzor financijskih usluga (HANFA), koje su prednosti i koji nedostaci leasinga i faktoringa te objasniti perspektivu Republike Hrvatske.
Abstract (english)
Institutions of the Republic of Croatia, other than loans, provide other types of financing. Given that the Republic of Croatia is a bank-centric country, it is still more difficult on subjects to decide for alternative funding. With the emergence of leasing in the 1990s and the recent occurrence of factoring in the Republic of Croatia, a new era begins when lack of leasing regulation and lower factoring costs are exploited as much as possible by the strict regulation of the Croatian Agency for Financial Services Supervision. The aim of the work is based on statistical data such as the number of active contracts, their contracted value, leasing rate and factoring companies to analyze their significance for the Croatian economy. It also seeks to compare the business of such types of companies with those from Europe and with other EU members. It is important to determine to what extent the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) is influenced by the advantages and disadvantages of leasing and factoring and to explain the perspective of the Republic of Croatia.
