Abstract
Trendovi na tržištu kao i društvene i ekonomske promjene uvelike utječu na tržište i na poslovanje poduzeća te je potrebno odgovoriti na njih kako bi se osigurala egzistencija na samom tržištu. Promjene su postale neizbježne, a opstanak na tržištu glavni cilj djelovanja svakog poduzeća. Tu dolazi do sve veće važnosti projektnog menadžmenta kao odgovor na navedene probleme. Predmet diplomskog rada je razrada studije isplativosti projekta Greeneco koji bi svojom egzistencijom odgovorio na društvene i ekonomske promjene kao i na sve značajnije trendove u prehrani i osviještenosti na tržištu. Temeljna hipoteza je sustavnim istraživanjem tržišta te primjenom ekonomsko tržišnih pokazatelja pouzdano ocijeniti isplativost projekta Greeneco. Diplomski rad se sastoji od teorijske razrade projekta, od bitnih obilježja, značajka, vrsta i životnog ciklusa, same determinacije projektnog menadžmenta sve do razrade osnovnih podataka o projektu, do ekonomsko-financijske analize kojom se utvrđuje isplativost projekta.
Abstract (english)
Market trends, as well as social and economic changes greatly affect the market and the business of the company and it is necessary to respond to them to ensure existance on the market itself. Changes have beacome inevitable, and survival in the market is the main goal of every company. Here comes the growing importance of project management in responce to those problems. The subject of the graduate thesis is the elaboration of a feasibility study of the Greeneco project, which would respond to social and economic changes as well as to all significant trends in nutrition and market awareness. The basis of the hypotheses is a systematic market research and the application of economic market indicators to reliably asess the cost-effectiveness of the Greeneco project. The thesis consists of theoretical elaboration of the project, from the essential features, chracteristics, types and life cycle, the very determination of project management to the elaboration of basic data about the project, to economic and financial analysis which the profitability of the project.
