Abstract
In today's modern world, the need for constant workplace learning and upgrading is growing. That is why people are always looking for new ways of learning efficiently. Informal learning is a type of learning taking the least amount of financial resources and time, which makes it the most suitable for young students that are new in the world of moneymaking. Informal learning is something that is usual in everyday life, includes actions that have no objectives and do not include traditional way of learning. Users of this type of learning are mostly unaware that they are learning and unaware of what they have learned. Then it becomes tacit knowledge that cannot be described in words, but can be shown as a demonstration. This work will present the results of the research done through a questionnaire that was conducted on 53 UNIRI students. The analysis of the 18 questions revealed what students learned the most, that they have benefits from student jobs, and that the value of learned for further employment exists. The analysis of the questionnaire is in the chapter 4. Analysis of informal workplace learning of UNIRI students, where it can be examined in more details.
