Abstract
U ovome diplomskom radu opisati će se razne karakteristike i definicija polovnog pregovaranja, poslovno pregovaranje u Republici Hrvatskoj, kao i poslovno pregovaranje na primjeru poduzeća Euroherc osiguranja d.d., kojim se na temelju ispitanog zaposlenika uočavaju razlike u poslovnom pregovaranju nakon seminara i edukacija na navedenu temu. Razmatraju se novi načini, tehnike i strategije poslovnog pregovaranja zaposlenika te njihova uspješnost u odnosu na stare načine poslovnog pregovaranja. U ovome se radu također opisuje kultura poslovnog pregovaranja, tehnike, strategije i važnosti poslovnog pregovaranja u slušanju, razumijevanju i uvjeravanju u samome procesu poslovnog pregovaranja.
Abstract (english)
In this graduate thesis will be described various characteristics and definitions of business negotiation, business negotiation in Republic of Croatia, as well as business negotiation on the example of Euroherc insurance d.d., where can be seen, based on the surveyed employee, differences in business negotiation after seminars and trainings on that topic. New ways, techniques and strategies of business negotiations of employees and their success in relation to the old ways of business negotiations are considered. This paper also describes the culture of business neogtiation, techniques, strategies and the importance of business negotiation in listening, understanding and persuading in the business negotiation process itself.
