Abstract Upravljanje kvalitetom predstavlja radnje koje određuju politiku kvalitete, ciljeve i odgovornosti te se ostvaruju kroz planiranje, praćenje, osiguravanje i poboljšavanje kvalitete. Kvaliteta u kontekstu poslovnih procesa definira se u okviru kvalitete proizvoda, usluga, korektan odnos prema zaposlenicima i vlastima te zaštita okoliša. Prisutan je trend da potrošači postavljaju visoke zahtjeve u pogledu kvalitete, iz tog razloga su poduzeća primorana neprekidno unapređivati i ulagati u svoje zaposlenike kako bi ostali konkurentni na tržištu. Jedna od najbitnijih stavki održavanja kvalitete u poduzeću su ljudski resursi koji predstavljaju znanje, vještine, sposobnosti, motivaciju kojom poduzeće raspolaže odnosno oni su glavni pokretač razvitka poduzeća. Kod upravljanja kvalitetom poslovnih procesa važna je strategija poslovanja koja se usredotočuje na motivaciju zaposlenika i konkurenciju. U konačnici proces upravljanja kvalitetom podrazumijeva ispunjavanje zahtjeva korisnika, unapređenje produktivnosti, postizanje troškovne efikasnosti i tržišnu prepoznatljivost. Motivirani zaposlenici su glavni pokretači kvalitetnog obavljanja posla i njihovo zadovoljstvo utječe na rezultate poduzeća. Odlazak na posao povezuje obavljanje zadataka te komunikaciju i dobar odnos sa zaposlenicima, poštivanje pravila i politika poduzeća zatim želja za usavršavanjem i napredovanjem u svrhu vlastitog zadovoljstva. Svaki proizvod ili usluga imaju kvalitetu koja se uspoređuje s nekim unaprijed određenim standardima koje su postavili ljudi, što znači da se u svim segmentima pojavljuju ljudi odnosno zaposlenici kao sudionici stvaranja kvalitete. Na primjeru poduzeća Applied Ceramics d.o.o. prikazano je upravljanje kvalitetom i zaposlenicima, također je proveden anketni upitnik o zadovoljstvu zaposlenika kvalitetom rada. Usmjerenost na izvrsnost znači imati potrebu unapređivati prvenstveno sebe, svoje znanje i vještine, a kako živimo i radimo u zajednici stalno smo izloženi socijalnoj i radnoj interakciji gdje svojim kompetencijama širimo svoje ideje i unapređujemo okruženje u kojem živimo i radimo.
Abstract (english) Quality management represents a set of actions that determine the quality policy, goals and responsibilities which are achieved through planning, monitoring, assurance, and quality improvement. Quality in the context of business processes is defined within the quality of products, services, fair treatment of employees and authorities and environmental protection. There is a trend that consumers place high demands on quality, for these reasons, companies are forced to constantly improve and invest in their employees in order to remain competitive at the market. One of the most important items of maintaining quality in the company is human resources that represent the knowledge, skills, abilities, motivation that the company has, and they are the main driver of company development. When managing the quality of business processes, a business strategy that focuses on employee motivation and competition is important. Ultimately, the quality management process involves meeting customer requirements, improving productivity, achieving cost efficiency and market recognition. Motivated employees are the main drivers of quality work and their satisfaction affects the company's results. Going to work connects the performance of tasks, communication and good relations with employees, compliance with the company's rules and policies and the desire to improve and advance for their own satisfaction. Every product or service has a quality that is compared to some predetermined standards set by people, which means that there are people or employees as participants in the creation of quality in all segments. On the example of the company Applied Ceramics d.o.o. quality and employee management was presented, and a survey questionnaire on employee satisfaction with the quality of work was conducted. Focusing on excellence means having a need to improve primarily ourselves, our knowledge, skills and as we live and work in the community we are constantly exposed to social and work interaction where our competencies spread our ideas and improve the environment in which we live and work.
